Staff were very helpful, room was quite large, beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great

Lovely hotel with wonderful grounds. Excellent stopover with our dog. Dog friendly area in the restaurant and lots of paths to walk her. Could not have been better.

The hotel is renovated, with new furniture. Very clean. Perfect for a one night stop. It also has a restaurant but on Sunday night, when we arrived, it was closed. However the person who was at the reception recommended us an amazing restaurant (Mercado Bar) in the city center, 5 minutes by car. The food was excellent, thank you very much for the recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this converted Palace and we actually liked the location and surrounding cafes, bars and restaurants better than the Plaza Mayor! We ate at the restaurant twice and wish we had dined there every night as the food was good and imaginative, and the service was excellent.

The hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed a very spacious room and facilities, it was quiet and well situated to explore the old town. Breakfast was top class. Very happy indeed.

The pool area was lovely. Breakfast was great value & plenty of gluten free options. Restaurant & bar prices were good. Staff went above & beyond, we were in the town & needed a taxi back but our lack of Spanish was making it difficult. We rang the hotel & they got one to us in a few minutes! Would definitely like to stay again.

Right in the old town, facing the Plaza Mayor in Trujillo.. Modern rooms with everything you need in an old Palacio. Steps to the .medieval town and restaurants.

What a beautiful hotel. Room perfectly presented and clean and warm. It has a gym and spa...lovely staff, great location. Mabel and Manual were particularly kind, helpful and professional.

Five Star Staff....in a fine 3 star hotel. You will be hard pressed to find a hotel of this standard for 1!(the price. The breakfast is also better than some establishments claiming to be 5 * . Alberto is a TRUE GENT The Bar Staff made our stay so enjoyable. would I recommend this place.........you bet I would!.

It was a delight and privilege to stay at this unique historic hospedería. We loved the setting, the location, the wonderful courtyards, the spacious room, the meals …. By the way, the breakfast offering was very good. It may be that some people didn’t see all four breakfast stations offering both cold and cooked choices.
