The location is perfect—convenient and well connected, yet peaceful enough for a truly relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the additional amenities, which added real value and comfort to our experience. The design of the hotel is elegant and thoughtfully curated, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Most impressive of all were the spacious rooms, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, making them both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. We were two couples travelling with children and felt very welcome.

We loved the buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options and the warm swimming pool. The main swimming pool has own Jacuzzi corner and kids were allowed to use it. The Spa facilities for adults only included sauna, Jacuzzi and many more . The room we booked was not available so the hotel has given us an upgraded option as we were family of 4. Thanks for that!

Loved this newly opened boutique hotel. Walking through the large front door off the cobbled street was like walking into a private and exclusive oasis. We were warmly greeted by Paola, Angie, and Luke, and our luggage placed in our room while we relaxed with a glass of Cava in the courtyard near the fountain. Turn down service by Selma was a nice touch. In the morning, we had the unique pleasure of Xisca the chef prepare our breakfast before us at an elaborate stove. Xisca baked the croissants herself and told us her speciality was preparing omelets with local ingredients---a very special experience, the dishes kept coming, each one delicious. Excellent coffees made and served by Ismael. We lingered. The hotel is located in a quiet and authentic section of the old city, the walk into the touristy center and to the Cathedral was under 10 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel and taking a guided walking tour to experience Palma's layered history, architecture, and culture.

This place is amazing 👏 So clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel itself was just gorgeous. The staff were so helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good, great amount of choice. The rooms were quite spacious. We went with a hen party group of 13 people and every single one of them commented on how nice the hotel was. I didn't get to the spa myself but a few of the other girls did and they said it was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if I'm ever back here I will be staying again.

Comfortable traditional hotel in a lovely location right by a pretty cove. Although the area is built up, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. We had half board; the quality of the food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely sea views and woodland walks behind the hotel.

Just stayed one night, but you can see it's obviously a beautiful hotel. Michele at the reception is very welcoming, the restaurant staff is professional and lovely, Pedro Vanessa and Estaban are the best. There's queues and the bar at night but they go so fast you wouldn't believe it.

What i saw of Magaluf which was mainly the beach as I was there with one of the female rugby teams who were playing rugby on the beach busy place with many pubs and places to eat, but I stayed in the hotel at nights and the rugby girls went out drinking

Very nice place for relaxing vacation. Good bus connection with airport and Palma. Different options for different boat trips and sea activities. Good beaches. Magaluf with its entertaintments and shoping area is very close to walk.

It has most everything you could need for a seaside holiday... I guess like most it will be weather dependent.... Choice of bars, eateries and shops is quite extensive... Those over looking the beach are excellent, the more sophisticated restaurants tend to be a street or so back, but easily findable... Pegurea / Paguera, (it really does seem to use both spellings) has life and entertainment for most all generations, daytime and nighttime...

I have been travelling to Santa Ponsa for 30 years now. I love how accessible everything is. There really is something for everyone. There are also good bus links if you wish to see other parts of the island.

Excellent location. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of the area and how to travel around the island. The buses were just down the road and come every 15 minutes enabling you to venture far and wide for under €5. We travelled to Palma and took the train and tram to Soeller and another day ventured into Magaluf but you can go over the other side to Alcudia on the bus too. The port itself was a 10 minute walk down the hill (not steep) and has a vast range of bars and restaurants which were impeccable and excellent value for money. Overall the hotel and area feels very chic and safe so definitely recommend for a short 3-4 night stay.

Nice, quiet upmarket area. A good selection of Restaurants and well serviced by the number 4 bus which travels to Palma. The area would be more suited to families and couples but not for people looking for a vibrant night life or on a budget. Also some lovely small beaches and coves to explore.

I will never ever stay with them again.

I will never ever stay with them again. Their guests are so disrespectful and no education is provided. The holiday break felt like a war. Their guests were throwing the vlothes, and towels on the floor and take the sunbed as soon as someone gets to the swimming pool.

Pretty town with some great places to eat, drink and relax. Small weekly market and great views. Lots of parking. Surrounding countryside is very pretty and rural. This is a place for taking it easy. If you want to shop till you drop then you will need to go to one of the other towns in the area.

Last year I went to Palmanova and this year I visited Magaluf. I would honestly say that if someone is looking for a stay to relax and have a comfortable time, I would recommend Palmanova. Magaluf was nice, hat lots of restaurant and a great beach but there were also a lot of bars and nightclubs which were frequently visited. There were a lot more people out partying which I could hear from my hotel as well. So If you're looking for a cozy yet party holiday, I would recommend it.
