Great location, walking distance to the slopes. Good breakfast, nice staff. A room was big and beds comfortable, there was a bathtub with nice hot water.

Always know what you get here as lovely place and location, been coming for years however you do pay for it. Secure parking for motorbikes

The location is superb, just on the border of Spain and France. An ideal stopping off point but also excellent for access to the wonderful village of Bielsa and the surrounding countryside. The staff were personal, helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel, great staff, great massage

Great location. Very clean. Quality breakfast. Friendly. Had not realised the folk festival was on and we could see the parade from our balcony. No problems finding on street free parking if hotel carpark was full.

Amazing building - an old train station, great view of mountains- lovely staff very helpful, clean, quiet, safe bicycle storage.

The stuff was friendly, helpful. They accept dogs and provide a pet sleeping bed for dog, as well as feeding and watering bowls.

You'll love this hotel. Large rooms, quiet, friendly for mountain bikers, great breakfast, free parking, and close to the historic town. I've been there twice, and I'm sure I'll come back.

This is the second time we book with this hotel. I love it. It's located in the perfect spot, easy to walk to town, not too difficult to park. The staffs are wonderful, friendly and attentive. Room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. the only thing that I have no comment is breakfast, we never ate in the hotel, there are just too many little bar/ resto to try.

Perfect location, good breakfast, lots of facilities, parking available (additional cost), super friendly staff. One of the best holidays we have had in Benasque. We stayed in the Junior suite with fireplace as we were travelling with our dog. It was such a nice experience to return from a day hiking in the mountains, to light a fire, have a nice bath and relax. We stayed over Christmas and had a delicious lunch at the restaurant. Monica and the reception team were lovely and made us feel at home from the first moment. We will return many times!

The hotel staff is attentive and helpful. The restaurant is clean, airy, the food is good and the prices are fair. Parking is free and there are stations for free charging of electric cars.

Truly a wonderful place. I’m a railway enthusiast so I have been dreaming of staying at this location for a long time. Everything was great!

The staff was really friendly. She made a taxi reservation from Jaca to Ainsa on behalf of us as we cannot speak Spanish. We wouldn’t of able to sort it out without her. And very good location and comfy place!
