OKU Ibiza features a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and garden in San Antonio. Featuring a terrace, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Quite simply, everything was perfect from start to finish. When you stay at OKU you really feel the attention to detail: Staff - the staff were ever-present, ALWAYS smiling and friendly, happy to have a chat and incredibly attentive. On this note I have to give a huge shout out to Claudia on the guest experience desk. She quite literally arranged EVERYTHING for us - boat trips, transfers, restaurants, you name it. Despite my many emails, she always replied quickly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. On this note, if you are planning a trip, book everything in advance, as it's nearly impossible to get a table at certain restaurants on the day. The hotel and pool - the hotel is split into two sides, the family side and the adult side. Everything, rooms included - was impeccably clean. The split was perfect - if you wanted some quiet time, the family pool was great. If you wanted a bit more atmosphere, the adult pool was ideal. The energy was built throughout the day perfectly - at the adult pool, there was nice chillout music until midday (I loved being at the pool early, when it was quiet). From 12pm the music energy picked-up slightly, and from 2pm the DJ started. I was worried that it would be too chaotic by the pool, but they got the balance just right - the DJ set had a perfect vibe - it wasn't out and out day club partying, but enough to make people have a good time, without being too much in your face. No issues ever getting sun-loungers or beds. If you do book this hotel, I'd recommend clearing at least one full day to hang out by the pool. We did this on the 3rd day, spending the entire day by the pool, and had a great time. Like all staff, the team by the poolside were ever attentive (without being too aggressive), giving you space but always on hand to bring over food, drinks etc. The breakfast was superb, as was the restaurant. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. After check-in, they actually walked with us to our room to show us around and explain everything about the room and the hotel. They also helped us after check-out to help us have a nice, comfortable afternoon before our flight. All staff members were extremely attentive, nice, and friendly. We highly recommend the hotel!

Even before our arrival, the communication via the WhatsApp was excellent and continued to be so throughout our stay. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this visually stunning hotel that was perfectly situated in a convenient location, making it accessible to various entertainment options, restaurants, transport links, and even beachside eateries - all within a short walking distance. Despite its central location, the hotel managed to create an oasis-like ambiance, offering a sense of seclusion from the bustling surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the hotel's exquisite aesthetics. The property, though not large, managed to create a feeling of spaciousness. The room we stayed in boasted gorgeous decor and all the modern amenities. We loved the pool and bar area. Lush greenery and plants adorned the space, giving it a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The sun beds by the pool were a true highlight, providing unparalleled comfort for relaxation and the food and cocktails first class. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional ambiance. Striking the perfect balance between cool, vibrant, and relaxed is no easy feat, but this establishment managed it effortlessly. The credit for this undoubtedly goes to Sophie, the remarkable manager, and her wonderful team. Sophie possesses a rare quality - the ability to engage with all guests in a genuine and personal manner. Her conversations make you feel like the most important person in the room at that very moment. Behind the scenes, she and her team work tirelessly to meet the needs of the guests, yet Sophie remains dynamic, professional, and exudes an indescribable charm that makes being in her company a true delight.
