The sun beds by the pool were a true highlight, providing unparalleled comfort for relaxation and the food and cocktails first class. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional ambiance. Striking the perfect balance between cool, vibrant, and relaxed is no easy feat, but this establishment managed it effortlessly. The credit for this undoubtedly goes to Sophie, the remarkable manager, and her wonderful team. Sophie possesses a rare quality - the ability to engage with all guests in a genuine and personal manner. Her conversations make you feel like the most important person in the room at that very moment. Behind the scenes, she and her team work tirelessly to meet the needs of the guests, yet Sophie remains dynamic, professional, and exudes an indescribable charm that makes being in her company a true delight. Lite trist frukost, inte 4-stjärnigt. Saknade fräscha grönsaker, väldigt basic. Stranden precis vid hotellet omgärdas av cement och mycket gammalt sjögräs som luktade illa. San Eularia som stad är inte så kul, så taxi var nödvändigt både till ibiza stad och till stränderna vilket blev dyrt i längden. Hotellet har nyligen gjort en facelift men det är tydligt att allt inte är på plats. Väldigt fint pool-område med sköna solsängar, fin musik och vacker utsikt!

Can’t fault it l! From the moment we arrived we were greated with a smile check in was smooth and fast , up to the room which was impeccably clean and spacious with a lovely little balcony so we could have a cigarette. Pool area and staff in the bar area were amazing , friendly and bloody good at their job! Food wise again spoilt for choice in both breakfast and dinner everything was on point well done guys you’ve smashed it there 🙏👏

The hotel has an outstanding location, it’s only 10 minutes from the airport with taxi. The popular clubs like Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza can be reached in 10 mins walking. The facilities of the White Beach hotel can also be used. Really kind staff, delicious food, good quality drinks. We visited Ibiza off season but it totally worthed it:)

I travel a lot and seen a lot of hotels around Europe destinations but must say El Puerto hotel was one of the best i ever seen. Hotel rooms was very good size, modern, clean and wasn’t anything i was missing in there. Bathroom was very good especially shower. Hotel staff was very kind and nice and helpful. Bar was a bit too expensive but not overcharged. Breakfast selection was amazing and suit to everyone who love nice and rich breakfast. didn’t try spa but if ever decide to go back to Ibiza i will definitely choice this hotel and maybe try spa as well.

Everything, this place is truly Heaven on earth!!! Never see any place like this. The staff is very friendly, love the shape of our room, our balcony is just stunning, you don’t need to go anywhere to watch the sun set, the sun set just right in front of you!! I will never forget this place, is hundred percent the best spot in Ibiza!!!!

The breakfast was great needed more meet options for non-pork eaters but overall it was really nice. The staff was exceptional, nice and friendly and went all out to help us with everything we needed even cutting out boring ticket. Though my flip-flops were stolen from the pool area but the staff tried to help by offering the room slippers. Everything was just great I would come again!!! thank you so much
