This was a superb stop over, the log fire with a glass of wine was so relaxing after a long days drive. Meals and presentation were excellent.

Jose and his wife are wonderful hosts. They make a fesh homemade breakfast with just squeezed orange juice. They have coffee tea available 24/7. The pool and veranda in beautiful and serene. We were walking the Camino de Santiago and this was a nice reprieve from the hostels. We had a group of 5 people (1 couple and 3 ladies). Jose gave us some great information about the town of Padron and the market that was there the day we were checking out. He also helped with directions getting to the home and of course our best route when leaving

We liked EVERYTHING. This is one the nicest hotels my wife and I have ever been to, and we have been to more than 50 hotels over the years. The hotel was the main reason we decided to spend a few days in Celanova, and both the hotel and the town exceeded our expectations, so much so that there is no doubt we will be back. Thanks!

Everything!
Huge room and comfortable bed, a balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding nature. The hotel has a homey family atmosphere. We loved it so much that we extended our stay.
Gema and Alfonso were super nice and helpful with everything we wanted during the whole stay.
I really recommend this vacation!
P.S. Go for a dinner at Alfonso's restaurant, it's really good!!!!
Would have given it a 20 if it was possible.

Beautiful boutique hotel 10 minutes from one of the most stunning beach towns we’ve ever seen.
The owner and his family are so wonderful. They put so much thought into every detail, from the decor to the breakfast. The hotel is clean, and everyone is so helpful. We loved everything and wish we could have spent a whole week there. We will be back!

Hotel Rector is definitely a stay to remember. Even though it was just for one night, it was a quite memorable one.
We truly felt welcomed during our stay. The level of attention to details and the care shown was exceptionable.
Not to mention the hotel’s fantastic location, it was such a breather to stay at a place where everywhere is just a walking distance.
Felt like staying at the royal palace. Would love to go back again.
