Super friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Location is directly next to the Roses metro stop, which is very convenient--but somehow was really not at all loud from the metro or other street noise. There are Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets right near the hotel, in addition to places to eat. Technically you can walk to the airport from the hotel--they even have a walking map posted at the front desk. Rooms were small, but very clean and comfortable.

It was pretty much what I expected. Got in late after 12:00. The key was in the key box I had to go back and read the instructions again in order to make that work but it did work. The desk is not always manned by English speakers but I'm in Spain and don't speak Spanish so that's on me. The area is mostly industrial and populated by Chinese entrepreneurs. Once again nothing wrong with that it's all just a little bit different. But overall not a bad experience. For the price it is what I needed. The Metro was a reasonable walk away.

Ibis will be the great hotel if it do not have couple of problems. The problem with the location is easy to solve with good working metro. Another problem is more serious. It is the continental breakfast. This option proposed on the hotel's web site only for $7 per person per day. If you decide to purchase it in the hotel after the arrival, it will be cost $11 daily for you. All another required services are regular in the hotel.

It’s place to stop only over night , on the way to somewhere else! Don’t be tempted to visit Paterna its self unless you like being disappointed. No parking, no decent bars, give it a miss and head into Valencia!

difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in room since it was turned off in entire building, it's November we were told that is what is done. it was hot in the room (25C+) even with window fully open (not safe for children) we left the window open during the night but it was storming, rain and thunder so had to close it. we asked for a fan which we got, but made no difference. had expected better from Ibis.

I did a lot of research to find this apartment. The location is better than I checked on the map. It is between 2 metro stations. Either takes you to downtown/train station/bus station in 10-15 minutes.
All the appliances look quite new. There is a washing machine which is very helpful if you plan to stay a week.

Manises is a small town next to the Valencia airport that has a bridge you can walk over to get to , there are a few budget airport hotels ideal for early flights and you do not need a taxi , the town has a small Market and a few nice resturants and if you speak a bit of Spanish a few traditional workers bars where you can get a good breakfast and Menu of the day at a good price , ROSES underground will take you straight to the city stop XATIVA right in the center for just € 1.60 each way. Its a quiet small town but great for a base .

I didn’t go around too far as the hotel area is quite away from main attractions. The area looks very much like an industrial state with many big businesses around.
Probably the hotel would be handy for business travel with contacts nearby.
For holidays and proper Valencia life, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or area.
