We liked everything, it was the same as pictures. It was very clean and it had everything needed for living comfortably. The chek in and out was simple and easy. Its near the see and other markets. The only problem is that we could hear everything from other apartments but it wasn't something that disturb our stay.

I liked how the owner welcomed us in the middle of the night: candies for children, sunscreen for us and lot of joy. We found in the apartment everything we need and some more. The owner even took care to have a child seat so the little one can sit and eat on his own. Kids were trilled to discover the little treasure from the living room closet: games and beach toys (lots of). Apartment is not very quite being close to the beach (3-5 minutes), but the noise is not disturbing. We opened the windows during the night in order to have fresh air. Close by you can find supermarkets, fruits stores and restaurants and some nice play grounds for children. Internet is working quite nice, my husband worked while I enjoy the day with the kids. Beach near by is perfect for families, there are playgrounds as well, nice water, nice sand (no rocks).

Nice, unfussy seaside town.
Nice, unfussy seaside town. Long, deep sandy beach. Variety of bars and restaurants for all budgets along the seafront road, on the promenade itself and in the centre of town. Lots of free parking. Frequent buses to Sagunto itself (inc train station for intercity) and Valencia. New favourite restaurant: Volapié in an historic building on the beach road.

We have stayed here several times, and also come on day trips from our house inland. There are no sights in Puerto but the beach is long and deep, with all amenities (inc accessible) in summer season. There are lots of bars and restaurants on the beachside street, on the promenade itself and in the centre of the town. Lively nightlife and a fairground in summer season. Prices are generally good due to competition. Direct buses from Valencia, and also link to the rail station at Sagunto itself.

The obsession with Ikea goes that far that empty picture frames hang on the wall still in their wrapping... There was a hot water kettle which seems to be rare in Spain. Parking in the streets in the vicinity always worked for us, but that might depend on the season. The staircase in the building seems to get swiped every day... Supermarket in walking distance.
