Nicolas was very helpful since the pre-arrival till we checked out! He helped us with a lot of suggestions about what to do in the region. Everything went well. The lady who served us breakfast every day was also amazing and very friendly. Your room us cleans and made up by the time you are having breakfast. The pool/jacuzzi area is so incredible, very peaceful. Overall we had a great time and would surely recommend the place.Guest review byNadiimNetherlands
- From $963.12 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 456 reviewsWe loved our stay here. The breakfast was excellent! As a vegan they had plenty of options for me. The location was beautiful. There was a great parking lot for those who are driving. The spa is phenomenal! There were so many rooms and it was very spacious so it never felt overcrowded. The inside of the hotel is beyond beautiful, modern, but still has its charm of an old convent. The staff were friendly and helpful.Guest review byNatalieUnited States

We visited in July during the French Theater festival.
We visited in July during the French Theater festival. It was a little too busy for our liking, but if you like French theater, it's a great time to be there. We took a tour of the Pope's palace, which is amazing and well worth visiting. We also did a half day tour of the lavender fields, which are about an hour away. Probably a full day tour would have been better. Good walking city overall.Guest review byCharlesUnited States - 10.0

A large historic city centre with hundreds of small individual shops and restaurants. The squares are a wonderful place to eat at night and you should not miss the food markets on a Saturday. Very helpful and pleasant staff in the shops and restaurants and a very beautiful city. Access is easy by train from Marsallie or other towns in the south France; you don't need a car. Best to eat away from the main street as it's netter value and the food in thr local bakeries is amazing. I'd especially recommend Boulangerie Hats Aix Espiariat for breakfast and lunchGuest review byJeffUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Arles is a very nice City.
Arles is a very nice City. Plenty to see - antiquities and art. The Luma project was particularly good. Lots of good restaurants. Best time to visit is late August/September. A good base to travel around the area and see other sites/towns etc. Highly recommended.Guest review byNigelUnited Kingdom - 4.0

We Didn’t like Toulon. Large, busy place. The main town wasn’t nice and not somewhere I would want to walk around. Beaches were very average - dusty shingle rather than sand. I wouldn’t return or recommend. We included the visit in a stopover.Guest review bySarahUnited Kingdom - 10.0

there are no 5star hotel groups there.. no Mario's or sheratons or Hiltons ? wonder why ?? the hotels are overpriced for the value we get. But the city is lovely and a very nice place to visit. Ie. the Breakfast place where we stay - the older generation with old mentality are Races and Rude, but the new younger generation are very nice and polite. I thin the older ones have their pains in the Ass..s to worryGuest review byRajuHong Kong - 10.0

Hyeres is beautiful like with a touch of Saint Tropez but way more peaceful. The people are nice and kind-very helpful. There are so many beach to chooce from. The transfortation is efficient enough. My favorite spot is the Port Saint Pierre- where you can dine by the port. I stayed in Ibis Budget hotel which is very close to the city center. Also the weather is nice.Guest review byMarvinPhilippines - 10.0

I drove down from the Marne valley and this was as far as I wanted to drive in one day! Orange is a delightful little town with Roman theatre the main attraction, but I used it as a base to visit Mont Ventoux (Tom Simpson memorial), Avignon, Arles, Camargue and Pont du Gard - all easily reached by car. Quieter than the main Provence towns but with nice restaurants and cafes so was very happy with it as a base for 3 days. Favourite lunch spot was the Brasserie du Mule du Pape in Chateauneuf du Pape.Guest review byRobertUnited Kingdom
