Breakfast was delicious and we both really enjoyed our dinner there also. Walking around the estate was both beautiful and peaceful watching the lambs run around. The rain boots were available for loan if the grounds are wet/ muddy.

From $102 per nightExcellent apartments, well refurbished and very well presented, ideal for short break or longer. Good facilities, clean bathroom and comfortable space. There is a very nice communal garden area at the rear. The apartments are well located, just a few minutes from J5 & J6 on the M9, a short distance from the Kelpies and Callender House and not far from the wheel. There is a good retail park just round the corner and the town centre is nearby. It makes a good base to explore this area of central Scotland.

Gilly, who showed us round and let us in was just lovely. The lodge was well equipped and very comfortable. Quiet area but with plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Ideal for groups of family or friends and of all ages.
