Great service by Elena and Nika and staff that made my stay exceptional. Great swimming pool with indoor and outdoor options. Spa facilities including steam room, sauna & ice bath and bucket/spray baths is great. Breakfast was great spread of buffet!

The grounds were gorgeous, with lovely design aesthetics. We loved the sauna and the pool. Wished we stayed longer !

I really love the place the Mountain View

Gigi the staff at the cafe on 5th floor needs to be protected and safeguarded as he has excellent communication skills and goes above and beyond his duties to fullfil guests requirements. Overall a pleasant property and helpful staff. Baggage handled smoothly without any issues. Breakfast spread was excellent Amazing view of the entire Telavi region from the cafe - we spent so much time in cafe with a view of Alazani valley

Fantastic place with superb staff!

Awesome place! Wonderful view from the Qvevrebies. What a view on sunrises you must see it! Super comfortable rooms with awesome beds, delicious food in restaurant same as on dinner(you must try all the dishes) and huge variety of delicious food on breakfast. So I highly recommend to make a stay here! Thank you a lot!

Wonderful place to stay in Telavi. Highly recommended. Special thanks and acknowledgement for the staff workers, who were extremely kind and generous with us during our stay (I forgot some of my belongings after our check out and they helped me very much to get them back!) If we come back to Telavi we will choose again for sure this hotel.

Location is perfect! Resort is absolutely European top class level with all provided services and relax and activity options! Pleasure to spend few nights at this place! Wine tasting was great. Restaurant quality was good, many options of different cuisines. Indoor pool was great. Horse riding, walking, chilling…Will definitely recommend and return again!

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!!! Everything about this place feels thoughtful, elegant, and beautifully designed. The combination of historic walls with modern glass and metal elements creates an atmosphere that is both stylish and unique, the aesthetics are simply WOW!!! The territory is spacious, peaceful, and incredibly beautiful. You can truly feel how much attention has been paid to every detail. The mountain view from the rooftop pool on the 5th floor is simply breathtaking! And the breakfast… exceptional would be an understatement. Honestly, I don’t even know what more one could wish for from a hotel.. everything was simply perfect!!! It exceeded all our expectations. Another big plus is the variety of dining options — from European and Georgian cuisine to Japanese dishes, everything was excellent. My husband and I are absolutely impressed, and we will definitely return. Highly, highly recommend!!! :)

Absolutely everything, the staff and owner were amazing, breakfast and food in general fresh and tasty. Great beers. Such a beautiful location and they have really kept the history alive. I was the only guest in the dead of winter and they still made me feel so welcome. I could not reccomend this place enough.

Very beautiful hotel with good atmosphere, very helpful stuff, quiet place to escape this crazy world. None broken facilities. Very big choice of delicious breakfast.

The room was cozy and inviting, with a comfy bed. And the food and wine were delicious! We were unfortunate with the weather and couldn’t walk, even though there are three routes that take anywhere from an hour to four hours, so we’re going to come back!
