I had an outstanding experience at this hotel in Accra. During my stay, I accidentally left my mobile phone in my room after checking out. The hotel staff immediately took the situation seriously and went above and beyond to help me recover it. From the front desk team to the management, everyone was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping. They kept me informed throughout the process and made every effort to ensure my phone was safely returned to me. In today's world, finding such honest, trustworthy, and customer-focused people is rare. Their integrity and dedication gave me complete peace of mind, and I am truly grateful for their support. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent facilities and service but also for the honesty and kindness of its staff. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Accra.

Since am a muslim I was abit skeptical about the breakfast i only eat boiled eggs and milk, i wish the hotel can state that they provide helal food. This give me us assurance that the food is halal. other than that i enjoyed my stay and i will keep coming back.
