Charming location and functional, practical room

The breakfasts were excellent, the view of the fjord was fantastic, we also ordered a Greenlandic buffet dinner - a great culinary experience. Overall, we were very satisfied, the staff was helpful and willing. The communication from the reception before and during our holiday was great. The free transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the harbour when we left for Disko Island was seamless.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had a kettle and tea/coffee. They offer free shuttle service to/from the airport.

The hotel had everything I asked for, and the location is exceptional. And they had a shuttle, that took as to the harbour, where we took the ferrry to our next destination.

Location was superb. All restaurants closeby. There is Spar at the ground floor of the hotel building

Very good, 5th floor, most types of food, but not Asian as a mention. Not enough fresh fruit types.

This place is a paradise on earth. Great for relaxation, walks, iceberg and whale watching. There is a superb panoramic terrace, which is accessible 24 hours a day and you can feel the incredible atmosphere of the summer white nights, suitable for eating, drinking drinks or just contemplating the icebergs and the fjord. The breakfast is superb and authentic and includes great offers. The transfers to and from the airport are hassle-free. The restaurant is superb, although with a very limited menu and offers local specialties, which we had not tried anywhere else. The team is uniquely kind and helpful! We are charmed!

Good variable breakfast, clean and comfortable room, polite and friendly personal

We use Hotel Nuka as our base in Ilulissat, among various settlement stays in the Disko Bay. Hotel Nuka is an authentic hotel in the heart of Ilulissat. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is fully equipped and has a small kitchen to cook if you wish. The staff is friendly, too friendly. We felt like home. They provide transfers and pickup rides. This is too convenient. Hotel Nuka does not have view on the icebergs. But we didn't care about that. Because we choose other settlements stays for view.

If I could describe Eagle View in one word, then it would be "Wow". We stayed here for two nights during a six week trip and found Eagle View to be our favourite place to stay during that time. The view out over the bay is absolutely spectacular. The house itself is high-spec, with a large living and dining area, huge and very well appointed kitchen, and large bathroom. The furniture and fittings are excellent. The house is very clean and the location is quiet. It's an easy 15-20 minutes walk from Nuuk's city centre. We really enjoyed our stay at Eagle View and would most definitely return.
