We can see northern light in the house. All of my friends enjoy the stay. Maali is very nice and quick response to our questions like to how to get our breakfast and help to book airport transfer for our group of 8. She is really helpful and recommend a very nice local food restaurant to us and help us to arrange taxi to the restaurant. Although it takes around 20mins to downtown but it's not a big issue. We all love the sea view.

HHE Express is a 3-star property situated in Nuuk. With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel has a restaurant and a bar. Staff was exceptional nice, warming and efficient. It is probably the best reception staff I have ever met in all the years of travel. Rooms were spacious enough and the views were very nice. Breakfast was great and the daily dinner specials were superb value for money.

Standing unmistakenly in the very heart of Nuuk ( Godthaab ), one could say that it was Nuuk itself. Considering that Greenland, even today, is remote and with only a small, scattered population, the hotel provides most of the facilities one would expect in a top range hotel anywhere in the world. The reception lounge is extensive, with computer screens providing information on the latest flights situation in and out of the airport. The receptionists were always efficient, friendly and helpful. The two lifts ( elevators ) provide access to the many accommodation rooms and to the restaurant and bar on the fifth floor, where pleasing views may be had over the town. A ´full English´breakfast supplements the extensive buffet breakfast in the mornings and later in the day, and especially for dining in the evening, there is a choice of meals, particularly focusing on a variety of steaks, served by a number of dedicated waiters and waitresses. The bar nearby is extensive with large satellite screens. I visited in summer but I could imagine that the hotel were a warm, sturdy shelter in the midst of the winter storms.

Huge space, much bigger than I needed. The included washer/drier is very nice, although be sure to bring washing detergent. The shower is hot and nice. Location is good with a close grocery store and main downtown area a fairly short walk away. It was quiet for me and a very comfortable space. This was an apartment, which was nice.

Other travellers staying here were great fun, and we all started doing hikes and activities together. The laundry available between certain times, was very good. Amenities were high quality, and there was a coffee machine.

Amalie who is the chef was so attentive to her guests. She came out to asked how I wanted the sauce and gave me options. She is such a kind soul and when I had to do my laundry she helped me with that too. She hung my clothes as well. She was the reason that made my stay feels like home.

We were lucky enough to be the only people in the house during our stay. Potentially if it was fully booked then it might be a bit over crowded. The kitchen was enormous, and fully equipped with modern appliances. Everything seemed very new. We loved the high stools for a quick breakfast spot or cup of tea/coffee. The radiators made everywhere warm and cosy, our room warmed up very quickly in -10*C weather. Stylish and tastefully furnished. The property also has a variety of games such as chess and checkers etc. Wifi was good. Common area had an amazing armchair right next to the radiator and looking onto the balcony.
