Opholdet var lige hvad vi havde brug for. Personalet var hjælpsomme i både hotelanliggende og for eksempel booking af aktiviteter på Santorini. Morgenmaden var dejlig og poolområdet ligeledes. Kan varmt anbefale Hermes Hotel.

Hyggeligt og roligt hotel, tæt på Firas by. Man kan nemt komme til spisestederne og seværdigheder. Personalet på hotellet var enormt hjælpsomme især Luka som forklarer alt man skal vide om Santorini.

Fantastisk hotel med skønne værelser og dejligt pool område. Så fin indretning og virkeligt sødt personale. dette er helt sikkert stedet, vi vil bo, næste gang vi besøger Santorini med børn.

The view from the terrace where there was breakfast and dinner was unencumbered and majestic and breathtaking...beautiful views of the caldera and town, and much of that side of the island. Likewise from our room's balcony. The service of the staff was exceptional, within 24 hours we felt like we were among friends.. The food was very good...and the Thursday night cookout/Greek barbecue with live music was fun. From our arrival they took time out to give us maps and recommendations of things to do and where to go...helpful. The bar and restaurant crew's service was crisp and courteous, professional yet so friendly service, and brought us our drinks wherever we were. The gym was well equipped. Overall an amazing experience.

Location is great, the room had some problems for the first night, but fixed the problem immediately. And upgrade our room, nice hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us make the most of our time in Santorini. The pool facilities were exceptional with a lovely room that had an amazing shower and comfortable bed. We felt very relaxed here and wished we had more time to stay.

This hotel is very luxurious and spacious. It boasts wonderful views of the Aegean Sea and both directions from Santorini. The pool area is beautiful. The food services from breakfast, to the poolside lunches, to the dinner in the sit-down restaurant our top notch and quite a good value based on Santorini experiences. One can walk from this hotel to the Fira bus station in less than 15 minutes, easily. And that walk is beautiful with views of the Aegean Sea and the volcano along the track. The spa services are also great and highly recommended. The staff are amazingly positive and upbeat. They set the tone for a great stay.

Great property for a couple get away! The staff is amazing

We absolutely loved our one night stay as everything was fabulous. The staff is really welcoming and helpful, the reception lady and Mickael were really nice. Our suite was beautiful and clean, very spacious. The bathtub inside was a delight, the bed was super confortable. The view from our big balcony with our personal pool, on the caldera, was breathtaking. We enjoyed a good cocktail (pricy but worth it) by the pool bar with its unbelievable scenery, before ordering room service from the restaurant. Everything was delicious, generous and fresh. The same perfect experience at breakfast : we had a beautiful view on the sea and the buffet was really, really good and varied (local small dishes such as tzatziki or vegetables canapés, local charcuteries and cheeses, eggs, bacon, croissants, puffed salted pastry, variety of breads and fruits, crudités, Greek yogurt bar, deserts and pâtisseries etc), it was absolutely perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer !

Everything about it was great. From the time we arrived until the day we left, it was spectacular and welcome drinks was provided, the room decorated well because we were having our honeymoon. Sophia was very accommodating and helped us plan our itinerary for the next 2 nights on the island which was worth it with a luxury yachting experience. perfect and best ever sunset seen in our life. the room pretty much was spacious and super super comfortable. everything is as advertised.

This place was excellent. Our room had a small balcony where my fiancé and I spent our mornings there and having champagne before our dinner. The rooms were very clean, unique, and had everything equipped. The service was excellent and in a perfect walking distance to town. This is now my most favorite hotel I have ever been too!

The hotel was loooooovely and Haris the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She told us everything we needed to know about the island and the easiest ways to get around etc. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool and it was SO GOOD. I was concerned to begin with as there aren’t many sunbeds around the main pool for the amount of people in the hotel but when we had our own it was perfect!! There was also another very helpful lady who told us it would be 60€ to the port but when she rung she managed to get it down to 40€ which was another nice touch (rather than just telling us that’s what the price was). We loved it so much we enquired about staying another night but with already having another hotel in Ios booked and paid for, it just wasn’t worth the extra cost :( some of my friends have already booked to stay at the end of August on my recommendation!

Everything was well and beyond fantastic. The location, the view, the room, the pool, the food, the service… one of our best holidays and among the best hotels we stayed at.

Amazing view, incredible staff which do their best to make sure the stay is perfect. The rooms are nice and the facilities are great.

The first 10/10 rating I ever gave to an hotel I have been to many luxury hotels in Santorini (Katikies, Mystique, etc.) and this one is by far the best Excellent views at the pool area, with the sunset, big pool, hype atmosphere with music, nice rooms with terrace and very quiet to rest Service is outstanding thanks in particular to the manager, Manos, who is extremely pofessional and very nice Lot of attentions, and no rush for the check-out (which is not easy to find in a busy place like Santorini) We will definitely come back
