Great, calm location. Beach nearby, walking distance to town center. Nice view of the nearby church and nice morning sunshine. Solid cell coverage, except for Friday night spike when streaming was not available.

Great location, amazing hosts, spotless apartment equipped with everything you need. I visited Croatia 20+ times but never had such a great accommodation. Can’t really find anything wrong with the apartment, it is tastefully decorated, tidy and comfortable. The views are beautiful from the balcony, what you can enjoy all day. Thanks to the roof it’s no direct sunlight, also a ceiling fan installed to make a little breeze. No need to worry about the annoying mosquitoes, every window and door is fitted with mosquito nets. And the best part about the balcony: it has it’s own BBQ if you fancy some of those world famous seafoods. You can find local butchers and fishmongers nearby ( open early at the morning) . The apartment was reasonably cool all day thanks to the thick old walls, but the AC works perfectly if it gets too hot. The hosts are super approachable ,friendly and really care about their guests experience. They will help you with any questions or issues, don’t hesitate to contact them. I read some comments about the wifi in the property but we never experienced any big issues. Yes, it is an island, far away from full fibre network. Don’t expect ultrafast connection, the whole village got quite poor coverage during busy seasons. noticed they even fitted some signal boosters , it is enough to watch some series, scroll your socials and send emails. If we going to another adventure in Croatia we will definitely stay here. Thank you for our great holiday experience in Tkon ❤️

Everything was perfect from the warming welcome of the host with a yummy lunch, to the cleanness and equipment of the apartment, beautiful view over the Ugljan-Pašman channel and even Zadar in the distance, the closeness to the beach and above all peace and quiet… all that I needed to recharge my batteries.

The place is quiet and set in an idillic location. The host was always very kind, friendly and helpful. I recommend Tkon and this apartment for couples who seek a quiet yet interesting place.

The house is located in a peaceful spot, you can really relax and turn of your brain. The host was awesome, always asking us if we need anything. The front yard is full of tortoises and the kids loved it. Exceptional value for money

Very close to a nice small public sandy beach. Very good for small kids. Good nature not exploited by capitalism, still a neighborhood village style. Good wifi and AC Quiet Nice and friendly host speaking only Croatian :) but not a problem
