The staff was very friendly all over, they arranged transport and practical help when we needed to see a doctor, they catered for food allergies. The room was cleaned every day, by friendly and effective housekeepers. There was a heatwave during our stay, so we needed to use the aircon all hours, and it did not turn itself off when we were out, so the room was always cool. The temperature in the pool was great, (not cold as pools often are). The hotel had a quiet and pleasant vibe, no loud music etc, and had visitors of all ages. There is a great view from the pool and restaurant to the sea. The sea is beautiful to swim, and to snorkel in. The transport to and from the airport with speedboat and taxi was very reliable. Breakfast had a great selection of food and drinks. The area around the hotel is quiet, the «town» seems to have stayed the same the last 12 years when we last visited. It has a small shop, a few small restaurants and a cute winery. As it was really hot we did not see other parts of the Island.

Studio Lela is in a very central location in Šipanska Luka. I stayed 3 nights in Studio Deluxe, which was spacious and perfectly clean. Jelena is an exceptional host—friendly, professional, and very helpful with great local restaurant tips. The studio was a great base for exploring Šipanska Luka, with beautiful hiking paths and nearby beaches. Šipan is a peaceful island, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this apartments for six nights and, believe me, it was great. We felt like at home and we had everything we needed: the flat is spacious, clean, modern with a lovely view over the small harbour and very very close to the ferry port. The apartment was quiet at night and the bed was big and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was nicely appointed and everything worked perfectly (warm shower, air conditioning, wifi, etc.). Kitchen was well equipped and, since we took our provisions (and our car) from Dubrovnik we had a confortable self catering. There is a small shop with limited items just next to the entrance but, if you need more supplies you can go to Sipanska Luka (5 km.) where there’s a bigger market. Sipan is a beautiful small island with friendly locals and it’s wonderful to explore by feet or bike (or bus… a small one, of course). You can also take boats to visit the nearby islands of Lopud and Kolocep but Sipan, by herself, is so full of gorgeous places that it’ sufficient for days and days of wandering where sun and sea meets paradise! We found the island and the location both perfect and we will come back. For sure! We give 10... because it's impossible to give 20 ;-) Thank you, dear all. Hope to meet you again :-)

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. Having spent 5 nights there with my partner, every single day confirmed just how much this was the best welcome and accommodation we have ever booked! The island is a true haven of peace, absolutely charming — a little fisherman’s gem inhabited by local wine and olive oil producers. It’s the perfect place to relax while still offering plenty of excursions, either around the island itself or to Lopud, just a 15-minute boat ride away, for the beautiful Sunj beach and its botanical garden. I completely agree with the previous review saying that it is far better to stay in Sudurad and spend a day in Dubrovnik than the other way around. The location is also absolutely ideal: the house is only a 5-minute walk from the port, so for anyone worried that getting organized or moving around the island might be complicated, there is really nothing to worry about. Then, the house itself is also perfect: absolutely full of charm, built in stone, overlooking the sea with an incredible view, and offering complete comfort. The house has been fully renovated, and every detail has been chosen with care and elegance to provide guests with the highest level of comfort worthy of luxury hotels. But above all, what will stay with us for a very long time is the fantastic hospitality of our hosts, and the kindness and generosity of Drazenka, Mario, and Dinko. Thank you for your advice, thank you for your presence, and thank you a million times for those fantastic breakfasts facing the sea, different every morning yet each one just as delicious as the last. 10/10 is simply not enough to describe this place, which will never stop surprising you!! We would almost want to keep this little gem a secret to ourselves, because we are certain it will become the next dream destination for many travelers. In any case, it has certainly become ours. Very comfortable beds and lovely host. Nice design of the apartment.

It is great to have pool for exclusive use with a shaded place for eating, drinking wine a watching TV (if you really want to do this living on such a beautiful island as Sipan is). Furthermore, we were not hotel guest but rather friends visiting comfortable house assisted with host helping us to feel like locals. This was one of my greatest family vacations since Elafiti islands including Sipan are the place where I would like to stay for entire year. Strongly recommended for those who appreciate spirit of island life.

It was perfect: location _ 150m to small private beach but a little bit up so view was perfect, very close to the village but hundred meters apart and super quiet. Spacious living room and rooms. Comfy beds. Super clean. Hot water. Ac and wifi ok. Kitchen with all you need. View. And the fantastic host who took care of us in best possible way, so at the end we really missed him like our own grandpa. We want to be back! Apartment is just outside the small village you can easily walk there but we were taken by motorboat from the quay by the bus stop to a small jetty just below the the house. It was very covinient and a nice bonus in mamma mia style. Ivica also helped carry our luggage. The apartment isn't very high, but the help was very convinient especially if you have a lot of luggage. Basically all trip from the ferry to the apt (bus which schedule is linked to the ferry and then boat) was super smooth and fast. Studenac market, cafeterias restaurants beaches are close. Views are fantastic. Thanks for all and hope to be back.

Quite location. Great sun terrace with a fabulous view. Easy access for ferries to other islands.

The location was amazing, the hosts were really kind and stayed at the apartment under us for our stay - they were both sweet and gave us recommendations. We truly loved the view and the location, directly from outside our door was the sea.
