Everything wae perfect. The staff is very dedicated to please the guests. The room was clean and comfortable, very good food, great great great pools and spa. All in the midlle of the nature.

That’s our third visit to this beautiful place. Everything was wonderful. Thanks for everyone who working at this hotel. Hope to see you soon again.

This is an iconic hotel, an architectural pearl on a site of great natural beauty that provides great gastronomy, hiking routes, a beautiful park with waterfalls and a spa. It can be a perfekt honeymoon location but it is perfect for a few quiet days in the forest as well. We loved it!

It’s spacious, clean, comfortable with a good working climate control. Marvelous breakfast and close to centre. Very suitable for a prolonged stay.

The hotel has an excellent location, everything can be reached by 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel is on the 5th & 6th floor of the university. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The breakfast was also excellent. I can warmly recommend the hotel.

Good location. A large hotel, quite busy, however still there are many tables available in the restaurant. A variety of food - very tasty breakfasts and dinners. High standard. Nice lobby bar. Friendly staff.

I rarely leave reviews unless I really like the hotel, the location, and the staff. Everything was perfect here. Barbara was very helpful, kind, and friendly, the right person in the right place. The rooms were clean, the breakfast selection was extensive, and the surroundings were lovely. I'll definitely use the wellness area next time. Best regards.

I forgot my clothes in the room. I contacted the hotel and they had no problem with sending the items to my home address. I truly appreciated it. This hotel is just amazing and the people working there as well as the service they provide make you want to come back. I can't recommend it more! :)

Perfect location with Macok Bisztró where you can get excellent food.

The hotel is good, the thermal pools are very good, and there are water slides for children.

The wonderful wellness area, the amazing gym and the bed in the lounge room.

Helpful staff. Enough breakfast for the morning. Very clean room with comfortable beds. Big bath with a good shower. Quite noiseless neighbourhood. The private peaceful courtyard inside the building was worth to experience.

Nice place in the middle of the city, I was booked here earlier, nothing has changed. Rooms are clean, elevator works. Breakfast is good. However the hotel is in the citiycenter not too loud on weekends too. View to the Avas tower is nice.
