The breakfast superb the rooms beautiful all the staff was absolutely amazing ,Akos was exceptional from telling us were to eat to managing a fire drill that happened in the hotel he handled everything perfectly and left no room for stress of bad energy he even offered a glass of champagne for the whole ordeal. The team struck the perfect balance between professionalism and heartfelt kindness, paying close attention to our needs throughout our stay. All the staff were wonderful, but Laura was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to create not just a stay, but a beautiful experience we will always remember. The location is perfectly central and within walking distance of major attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Budapest has to offer. We left feeling celebrated, cared for, and deeply grateful. We will absolutely return. Our dinner at Pavilion Restaurant & Bar was a beautiful highlight of our birthday week in Budapest. The ambiance was sophisticated yet warm — the perfect setting for a special celebration. Each dish was artfully presented and full of flavor, clearly crafted with care and attention to detail. It felt like a curated dining experience rather than just a meal. The service was polished, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the evening flow effortlessly. I arrived at the Hotel in the afternoon, and since the moment i step in, i felt welcomed. Immediately i received my keys and all the informations about the structure, plus a recommendation on a restaurant, that i tried the next day, that was simply amazing. During my stay, i needed help, and the staff immediately took care. I would like to add also, that during the breakfast i felt like at home, all the faciity was clean and neet, the sauna in my chalet was perfect. for the first time in months, i slept 8 hours in a row, if you want to find peace, this is the right place. Also connection wifi was perfect even outside the chalets. I Really enjoyed my stay, the service was simply one of the best i had. Looking forward to book again in this structure 😍😍🤩🤩

A beautiful city with a rich history and plenty to offer for all kinds of visitors. Whether you're interested in architecture, history, food, nightlife, or simply walking around, there's something for everyone. Although the streets themselves are generally clean, some parts of the city feel a bit neglected, which gives an overall impression of untidiness. We also noticed a large number of homeless people, some of whom were shouting or talking to themselves, which made certain areas feel a little uncomfortable. In addition, a few places, especially around some parks, had a strong and unpleasant smell.
