The staff are amazing! No request is to little or big. We are Shomer Shabbat and they arranged a key for our room. There are cold water stations on each flooe, different types of tea in each room, and options to get anything else like toothbrushes or slippers. We have stayed in various hotels around the world and this is about the best of all.

Beautiful hotel and room. Has really high ceiling and great sense of space in the room. Both classy and modern. In fact much better looking than the pictures on Bookings. Super friendly and attentive staff. One of the staff at the breakfast restaurant actually remember our preference from the day before which was a really nice touch. Also super convenient location to go to major sights.

Everything was perfect. So happy we chose the Mamaisoy Hotel chain bridge. Thanks to the crew for amazing hospitality and high standard service.

The room size is big. The bathrooms are really very good and all items included. Many towels, beautiful location, and Erika from the spa was so mild and helpful, and and old advantage restaurant was too kind as well. Really it the best place to stay in Budapest. From location, to clean facilities, they add chocolate to your bed every evening as you step out. Dim the lights for you. Truly a wonderful experience. They even allowed me to take the lotion and soap that I was now accustomed too. Truly truly the best. Every detail is watched from allowing you take the umbrella as it rains

First of all, the hotel is a new one that has recently been renovated. Naturally, the comfort level at the hotel is top notch. With its high ceilings, quality products and cleanliness, it's a 10/10 hotel. If you're going to make a reservation, I definitely recommend booking with breakfast included because the breakfast is very varied and definitely exceeds expectations. What surprised me most was the hotel's location. It is a 10-second walk from St. Stephen's Basilica. It is also a 2-3 minute walk from the Vorosmarty Ter metro station, Budapest's main transit hub. Naturally, you can reach any destination you desire within half an hour of leaving the hotel. There are many facilities you can take advantage of in the surrounding area, and I would say it is a tourist hotspot. Despite being so central and crowded, the double-glazed windows mean you are not disturbed by any noise. You can ask the friendly staff, who are on duty 24 hours a day, about anything you want at any time. If I go to Budapest again, this will be the first hotel I choose, 100%.

Super nice host, very hospitable from the first day of my stay. The location is perfect, and the facilities are excellent. Reliable Wi-Fi, spotless rooms, and friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

The view of the Basilica is exceptional. You pay more for it but i thought it worth it. The downside to that however is the road noise but the hotel provided ear plugs which worked a treat. The hotel location is great. It is close to the station and only 5 mins walk to the bus stop for the Airport transfer bus. It has a quaint old lift and old world interior shared with other occupants. I arrived early but was able to leave my bulky baggage and return to it later when the room was available. It had a huge comfortable bed bath and shower. The reception staff were helpful and arranged a 3.30am call for me to ensure that I didn't miss my flight. In fact the night clerk came up and knocked on the door... I was expecting a call. Brilliant service.

We stayed for 1 night. It was all great. The room was comfortable. Full delicious breakfast. The staff was super nice and helpful. Hotel is in city centre, you can walk all town. Bus station is 5 min away

Great location (30 seconds to the Basilica) and friendly, helpful service. Good breakfast and do not miss the wine and cheese served daily at 4pm (free for guests) with live music. A really pleasurable experience. Book the roof bar in advance, for an exceptional view.

Outstanding and highly recommended. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly well-trained for the job. Great rooms: spacious, with all the amenities, and high-quality. Great facilities: nice lounge with free tea and coffee, spa services, and massages. Great breakfast, with a large variety and plenty of healthy (and less healthy but tasty) choices. Amazing location, close to shopping, dining, party areas and the main tourist attractions on the Danube. We loved it.

Location is excellent, communication from staff re how to find the accommodation and codes for key box etc was perfect, and the room was large and very comfortable. Bed was a great size, shower was excellent, and room was lovely and warm.
