The hotel is good, the thermal pools are very good, and there are water slides for children.

We loved everything. The facilities and services are excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The game rooms provided entertainment to kids between 5 and 16 years old. The restaurant is great and absolutely willing to accommodate different requests.

Fantastically helpful and kind staff, great location for beautiful walks in nature, nice and modern room (with smart TV), small but great and clean wellness section.

Before book staying at this hotel I was worried that it's so cheap including breakfast and dinner. We were surprised of choices for dinner and breakfast everything were delicious. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed with roof because of some raining weather and it was so hot in that area where swimming pool and saunas are. Jacuzzi in glass room is very nice when we been there it was not so many guests in hotel so jacuzzi was available sometimes could imagine how it's going in busy days. But anyway I recommend this hotel everything was good

Excellent holiday in the middle of vineyards. Indoor and outdoor swimming places. Very good meals. We have visited it before and hope to visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had a single room. It's small but enough for my needs, e.g. room to open my case, an arm chair and a desk. The room is nice and very clean. I like it that they have standards for their cleaning. It is perfect that it's located right next to the castle and a Michelin star restaurant, and I could find other restaurants around. It's within walking distance to other attractions and the train station as well. The breakfast included at the high rated restaurant was very nice.

Everything went smoothly during my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. To top it off, dinner at the hotel was delicious. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back next time!

Good breakfast selection and good availability of sun loungers around the pool as well as not being too busy in the pools. The hotel ordered us a taxi to the train station as we struggled to get bolt taxis and it was hassle free and because it was so early in the morning they did us a packed breakfast which was really nice.
