The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, polite and efficient and the cleaning ladies helped me when my boy of two years was sick, so you really feel welcome and treated like a guest. Receptionists speak bout German and English and some of the staff at the restaurant also. The food was great the whole day from breakfast till dinner, the quality is high and variety of choice is huge. Just in the near of the hotel you can find the free parking zone, and the staff allowed us to park in front of the doors to take out our luggage. Family spa is little paradise for children and the saunas are just 7 € per day, which is honestly pretty cheap. Location is perfect bout from Vienna and Zagreb, one and half and 2 and half hours and I think they should really invest in marketing for Croatian guests also ! I can only recommend the hotel!

A very relaxing stay at Melea Health Concept Hotel in Sárvár. The room was comfortable and inviting, the spa area small but refined, with beautifully guided sauna infusions. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm and quiet, perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was with additional à-la-carte options alongside the buffet. The reception team was extremely friendly, and at dinner it was possible to choose not only the daily menu but also dishes from the regular menu. A peaceful retreat with a high standard of service – we would gladly return.

The room was lovely, I absolutely loved the big open bathroom, it was very light and spacious! The staff very friendly and the musician Andras Labricz was superb!

Staff very friendly and helpful when we forgot some things at the end and had to come back. Also everybody speak english/german so there were no problems with comunication. Room was great, lots of parking space, great food.

It's an amazing place! It was really well organised, quiet, and beautifully set among lime trees and birdsong. The pools were great! We didn't have a need to go to the main Sarvar furdo. It is a big hotel, but the set-up is such that you really don't feel crowded at all. The mealtimes are long enough to accommodate everyone. The staff is absolutely professional and really helpful. The food was fantastic! Lots of choice including meet-free dishes.

BREAKFAST was very very good. Nothing was missing. And very good fruits, also bakery. All monuments were near.

I rate my stay at 10/10. Everything great.

I liked the thermal pools and the spa (saunas) area. The whole spa facility is very clean and very suitable also for family with kids. The outside pool was awesome during winter.

Modern hotel, 10 mins from old town Great breakfast, good parking

Nice sized bedroom. You got a remote with your room key that worked the air conditioning so we could get room temperature just right. As a motorcyclist there was a large secure car park with a gate that got locked each night which is great for peace of mind. Breakfast plentiful with a nice choice of food. Great place would recommend.

Our stay was great. We especially liked the unlimited access to spa&wellness, the hotel has good location - you can walk to the thermal baths easily (20min walk), free parking spot, the hotel also offered shuttle bus as well. Nice environment was a plus. We especially enjoyed the food, everything was delicious, breakfast was served with wide variety of dishes, as well as the dinner.

Very kind staff, nice spacious clean room and bathroom, good fresh grounded cafè in the morning and rich breakfast. We didn't use the spa, but one day I will try that jakuzzi.

In any case, the price-quality ratio must be taken into account when evaluating. From this point of view, the stay was very good. The food - exceptional. We have never eaten so deliciously in any hotel. If a certain food runs out, they do not always replenish it - but the hotel is not large and this can only be a plus that the food does not remain. The room furniture is extremely practical (shelves, storage spaces). Extremely friendly accommodation for dogs, who are definitely welcome here. The staff, even if they do not understand you, are very friendly. People disperse in the pools, everyone can find a place for themselves - children, the elderly, those who like to swim outside in winter - this is the most beautiful thing, and the water is pleasantly warm. Sun loungers, chairs, a place for coffee. Accommodation in the middle of nowhere, all around fields, for nomadic souls. The guests are well-mannered and pleasant.

Friendly and kind staff, nice wellness, lot of saunas although without cold pool, just shower. Comfy beds, nice view, close to the centre.
