What truly sets Red Fox apart is its staff. Unlike Lemon Tree, where the service is perfunctory at best, the team at Red Fox is warm, proactive, and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs. They go out of their way to provide help, early check-ins, or room upgrades whenever possible. There is a strong sense of teamwork, and feedback is actively solicited and acted upon collaboratively. On one occasion, after I casually remarked that the baked goods weren’t quite to my taste (although their food is generally very good), the restaurant manager personally brought a fresh basket of pastries and coffee to my room—an impressive gesture that is just one of the many examples of their commitment to guest satisfaction. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. The only problem I had was with the mattress. It was too soft and I have back problems which it did not help with. Overall it is a great place if you have a layover and don't want to get into Delhi and staying close to the airport. Their complimentary one way airport ride service was excellent too. I hope it maintains it status for all future times and remains as a capital city. We had visited Rastrapati Bhavan, India Gate, National Craft Museum, National Museum, Haus Khas, Dilli Hat, Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, Ugrasen Ki Baoli, Etc.
