The Delhi Dreams is a new property and it shows. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and hygienic. The room was comfortable and nicely done. Location is a big plus, very close to Connaught Place and New Delhi Railway Station, which made travel easy. The staff were polite, respectful, and always ready to help. Overall, it felt safe, comfortable, and good value for the price.

*****Excellent Experience - My Second Visit! This was my second stay at Prime Balaji Hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers great facilities, comfortable rooms, excellent hospitality, and truly great value for money. The staff throughout the hotel was very helpful, polite, and cooperative. A special thanks to Anchit Bhai, who was extremely supportive and kind enough to allow us a complimentary late check-out. His friendly and cooperative nature made our stay even more comfortable. Definitely a must-visit hotel for anyone looking for comfort, good facilities, and excellent hospitality.

Breakfast not served but it was included in my booking. AC was not good. Perhaps AC didn't work. We have changed the room after 2 hrs, where AC was little better but not up to the mark.

The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay. Easy access to the airport and everything was comfortable. Highly recommend it

Overall it was value for money but I had to pay almost double than the agreed price and that was disappointing.

Their kindness and hospitality made me feel at home, and I never once missed home. The icing on the cake was the airport assistance team. Oh my God—may God bless them all! There were four of them, and they didn't let me lift a finger from the moment I left the hotel with the chauffeur until I had passed through immigration. The entire airport experience was seamless and stress-free. Thank you to everyone at The Leela Ambience Hotel for making my stay so special. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future.
