From the entrance and such details, concept, overall design, lovely common area, books, food, all the crafts, tour, and room facilities including shampoo and body soaps, staffs (professional yet approachable) till check-out moment, I had a great time! I did not really know the surrounding of the hotel till I reach there but found that it's easy to travel to anywhere by uber. You can even walk to/from Taj Mahal on the Taj road if you are willing to do a small excersize. People travel here as couple/family but I would also recommend solo travellers to stay here, not only visiting Taj Mahal/Agra fort etc but spend do-nothing yet reading days staying here!

The attention for details at Oberoi it's the rule. Once we reach Mr. Jai meet us with some traditional drink to refresh ourself, we got a room upgrade as well , Ms. Amandeep help up to dress our sarees as we wished to have the traditional clothes, Mr. Guarav and Usama assist us with everything we need it overthere. Even the chef from the indian restaurant came to meet us and showed us their warm welcoming, making sure we enjoyed our food. At the entrance one gentleman will wait you with wet towels to clean you hand which I found it really nice, receiving daily updates about the weather for the next day, preparation of your bed before sleeping and many more which meets the requirement for a 7 star hotel . The room was cleaned daily, impeccable. We ate in the hotel only and the food was extraordinary. The location it's very nice, close to everything, you can see Taj Mahal from your balcony. At the end of our trip we received a very cute elephant figure made from marble as a gift which was so lovely. I have nothing bad to say about Oberoi Hotel, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is one of the best hotels in the city. Located a short walk from the railway station. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very nice and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and hospitable.

I went two times. The second time was a last minute booking, because originally I was supposed to go to another hotel in Lucknow (Hotel Casa). When I arrive it was extremely dirty (ex. fresh blood stains and hair in my bed, etc). So I decided to leave and go again to Piccadilly in the middle of the night. The hotel was very clean (EUR standards). The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. They were trying their very best to make our stay superb. For example, we arrive late for breakfast and they allowed us to take it anyways! It was also the day with the worst air quality in the last 30 years in Lucknow, even with an FFP2 we were getting throat pain and red eyes. Inside the hotel the air was very good and I could breath normal, which probably means they have clean AC filters. Due to all that - Next time I am in Lucknow I will for sure go to this hotel
