I like the location - quiet, in the middle of nature, very cozy in general.

We had a room on the ground level with terrace and that was very convenient because we traveled with dogs. Room was cozy and warm with big bed. Bathroom is spacious and nice with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo. Room has TV, small fridge, safe, tee set and place to store items as well as place to hang clothes. Room is newly refurbished and clean. There is parking in front of the building. Breakfast was great and the owners are nice. Sutrio is very nice small village. Nature is beautiful and near by is Terme di Arta that we recommend for spa experience.

This place is so calm and quiet. Nice place with amazing view. The food was so delicios, but the bread was stale and dry.

I only spent one night at the Al Benvenuto Hotel and didn't try their dinner or breakfast, so my experience was limited. Nevertheless, the room was clean and warm and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I booked the room about 20 minutes before the actual check-in in the late evening, and everything went smoothly.

I give 10 points because of the kindness of the receptionist. It feels good to arrive at an accommodation like this.

Friendly, helpful and approachable staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Lovely decor. Very comfortable, large bed. Beautiful balcony view. Good breakfast. Good facility to store skis and boots. Very near to the town centre and skiing facilities.

This place is located in a small village, which we loved. Walking through the village was quiet, with many traditional buildings to admire. Our host was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. We really liked the "small hotel" atmosphere. The Argentinian BBQ (asado) was amazing! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking to stay in a tranquil village away from the crowds. There are several hiking trails ranging from easy to quite strenuous.

It was perfect for my stay, near my friends house, and the shop was very convenient. It is in the center of the village and tourist information and bus stop, which is helpful for planning trips out. Also not far from Sauris Lake whuch is a good spot for photos.

Everything was great, from the food, to the location, to the staff, 10/10.

Paola is a hidden gem of Italian tourism. She is incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help. She recommended great places to eat and gave us useful advice about where to go. Her hospitality truly made our stay special. The hotel is small, family-run and very pleasant. Although it is often fully booked, everything runs smoothly. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are renovated, and everything was cleaned daily, including perfectly maintained toilets. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The price is very fair and reasonable, but what matters most is the genuine kindness we experienced in this small Italian town.
