A beautiful location, very comfortable clean rooms and lovely people running this hotel. Great hospitality. The food in the restaurant is delicious!

This accommodation exceed all expectations. I was skeptical because it was a lot cheaper than all the other rooms in Orbetello, but it had everything I would need, and it is super central. I even got private keys from the shed to lock my bike and the landlords were always ready to help and give advice about what to do at Argentario and how to get to places. In the end I spontaneously extended the stay by one night and could remain in my room. I would definitely come back. I would also recommend the location for biking, I was with my road bike but a mountain bike would do as well, or hiking.

The property was in an incredible location right on the beach! The room looked straight out onto the ocean and you wake up to sunrise! Restaurants are all a walk away

Outstanding as expected. Staff went above and beyond giving us that coziness and friendly feel that is not a given and can be rarely found nowadays. Will be back sooner rather than later as it is the perfect romantic getaway.

The place has a lovely holiday village vibe, with a small supermarket nearby and convenient parking right in front of the building. The lobby area feels a bit outdated, but the upstairs rooms are nicely renovated. Breakfast was tasty, though by 8:30 the selection was already limited. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay.

Position, clean rooms, great staff, breakfast was very good (only thing missing was scrambled eggs but maybe they would have prepared if I had asked, they also prepare an amazing chocolate). Sea view was amazing!! Also many details where they gave attention, they offer umbrellas and towels for the beach, access through a passage under the Main Street, and last but not least a parking only for the guests!

Position overlooking lagoon was lovely, hotel is spotless and well maintained, breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was large with balcony and large bathroom. Secure parking on site was a bonus

We stayed in this particular area for the purpose of birdwatching. We knew the hotel was not going to be the top of the range and was on the outskirts of Albinia but having a restaurant in site was very appealing to us. We were very surprised though. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a wonderful restaurant where we ate lunch and dinner on both days we were there. AND…..we saw over a thousand flamingos in two different areas plus dozens of other birds we had not seen before.
