- From $84.53 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 464 reviews1. we love Marina Bibona in particular as it is more family area. Cecina, the town next to it which we used to go through cycling (its a beautiful path where people run, cycle etc- not a creepy forest) is more for young party people. but good to go for some fun during the day. 2. the camp is clean and have all sort of options- some campers etc but we opt to rent a proper mobile home. It well equipped and well designed. clean bathroom and bedrooms is well designed with drawers and wardrobes. small space but you will not feel since the design maximizes all space. there's a lounge area inside where you can eat but we prefer to have our meals at the balcony which has a good size dining table too. 3. we stayed for 2 weeks and they have a good sized fridge to store up! 4. conad (a bigger supermarket) is just a walk away and right across the back gate is a family owned shop which has all the basics you need. A very friendly lady, my 10 year old just runs through if we need something for cooking. his broken Italian gets him what we need :) . Tip: they make the loveliest sausage- better than Conad and the cheese is also amazing. 5. next to the camp site is also a bicycle rental and loads of restaurant. at night, there are pop up sellers too! and a church for Catholics like me :) 6. Nicole - the super lovely girl from the camp! - they hold different activities, just check the calendar posted. my favorite is the aqua aerobics! (though ive been battered by the waves, the show still went on hahah). theres football and night entertainment. its beautiful beautiful place we would love to go back again. 7. not very touristy thats why we tried to do live like locals, learn our basic Italian (they are so friendly anyway- they will help you out as you get lost in translation). the bar just accross the back entrance of camp has lively music, sometimes karaoke, you will not get bored! 8. TIP: its a quiet time between 1 to 3PM so plan out the day considering this timing.Guest review byGrachelleUnited Arab Emirates
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,291 reviewsThis was an amazing few nights stay for us. The resort is fabulous, located by the beach, little chalets are between pines trees. The chalet we had was perfect for our family of 5. There is plenty to do for the kids. Pools were very busy but we didn’t mind as the beach and sea was what we preferred. Our son was the only speaking child in the kids club ( this was. A group for 10 year olds) but the person looking after the group (Abdullah) made sure that our boys felt included and had a great time. The Italian boys were also very welcoming and super kind and so my son had a very good time. We loved the evening entertainment. Food was a bit meh, for Italian beautiful food standards but it was fresh and overall ok for few days (I am not sure I would be happy if we stayed over the week 😀 the cook really needs to learn how to make scrambled eggs. But the omlettes were good). The little shop on the facilities was just great for daily groceries. Overal amazing!Guest review byAlexandraUnited Arab Emirates

Good facilities - very close to the beach, restaurants, local shops and downtown area. Accurate pool area with nice palms and flowers. The lobby design is tipical italian. Very quite and cool breakfast/dining area. The rooms have a very nice view to the pool and tipical toscan houses.Guest review byI. PetreRomania

Was not impressed with the city and expected more given all the review I read online. My disapointment could be due to the fact I visited in February, so off season. I booked two nights but decided to only stay for one and left early. Even though I booked a room in the central part of the city I did not feel safe walking the streets at night.Guest review byViktoria - 6.0
Location of the property.
Location of the property. You should have a car to roam around if you are staying at this property. Plenty of walking options around the beach. good restaurants near by. Hotel restaurant has limited varieties. morning breakfast is minimal. they charge you 8Euro for omelette which is nonsense to my view. you cannot say breakfast included and add some addons to it to loot people instead of serving better food. Staff need to be trained to serve customers better. if you want to be truly international, you need to come out of that aggressive talking to customer ( may be Italian nature).Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0
I travelled to San Vincenzo for sailing.
I travelled to San Vincenzo for sailing. Given the relatively large marina and the geographical location close to Elba and Isola Capraia, Vincenzo is a great starting point for a sailing holiday. Beyond that, the city also offers some interesting sightseeing and a nice old city centre with a beautiful pedestial zone with numerous restaurants.Guest review byOtsoFinland - 4.0

It was OK Hotel, good value for the money for One week stay and location is good if you want to spend all time at the beach. When arriving reception Asked for the payment for tourist tax. We payed and reception promised us the receipt morning after. When we asked for the receipt they Claimed we didnt pay and was very rude about it. We asked the reception to check their cameras because of their faulty accusment ( we paid in cash) . In the last they gave us the receipt But was still not convinced we payed. But unfortunately this experience was Very bad, so we wont Come back, when if the Hotel was OK in all Other aspectsGuest review byAnonymous - 10.0

We really liked the Pine Forest Nature reserve and drove every day by bicycle to our favorite open beach halfway to Cecina. We went out to eat in Cecina. We would avoid the corner of the camping we were in because of the very loud noise from entertainment on the camping next door.Guest review byBimin LadySwitzerland - 10.0

Piambino was perfect for winding down the last days of a busy vacation. We chose it for the lack of tourists and for an authentic Italian neighborhood experience. What a gem this turned out to be! We stayed just a couple of blocks from the center of the village where we had easy access to the seashore, shopping and the many fabulous restaurants. While there are lots of day trips one can take, our goal was to explore beautiful Piambino itself with its gorgeous views and calm, welcoming community. We quickly became familiar and comfortable with the neighborhood, a great place to explore and relax.Guest review byCarrieCanada - 8.0

A lovely beach side town with the option of paying for sun loungers or plenty of free beach options too. A pine forest, nice shops, some good restaurants and a number of different beach options. Overall a lovely end to our Tuscan adventureGuest review byEmmaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Canado Club may technically belong to Marina di Castagneto Carducci, but it is not within walking distance. The place sits on the beach on its own, kind of half way between Marina di Castagneto Carducci and San Vincenzo. We appreciated the remote location, with miles of free beach on either side. But if you want to hang out in a town, it takes a few minutes by car. Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful old town on the hillside overlooking the coast, worth a visit, especially during sunset. There is plenty of parking. San Vincenzo is another option and right by the sea. Bolgheri (famous for wine, but expensive) is also quite close.Guest review byFlorianAustria - 8.0
Very nice resort at this time of the year.
Very nice resort at this time of the year. I can imagine it could be very crowdy during July and August. Some staff speak English but most don't. Very convenient to carry a good dictionnary with you. Google not very useful. Most of the staff were very nice. Wonderfull breakfast and food in general but difficult to find out what is going to be from the menu until it is in front of you. Perfect place if you just want to enjoy the beach. The problem is how to get in and out in public transport.Guest review byMariadelosDoloresUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Relatively small city, with a nice shopping street, tourist port and an interesting old part of the city called "Venezia" because it was built by people from Venice, working in Livorno. The city has a working-class tradition, so don't expect anything fancy, but it's still well worth a visit.Guest review bydierregiItaly
