This is a little gem in the middle of nowhere. Clean, tidy, professional. Set menu dinner is amazing (2022 Michelin star) the restaurant easily catered to my gluten & dairy intolerance. The food for me was thoughtful and delicious! We had planned to stay one night but ended up staying an extra night.

Breakfast was outstanding, in a sunlit room overlooking a mountain stream. Local sheeps-millk yogurt and honey, excellent coffee and fruit were on offer as well as other options. A great way to nourish us before hiking in the mountains.

Family-run hotel, restaurant, bar, next-door bakery....Great staff, in particular Andrea who shared his motorbike expertise and the tracks, giving us a great map. The hotel is fantastic, from start to finish we had a terrific stay. The location is really incredible and the view from the room and the terrace is nothing short of spectacular. We had been here for Lunch previously when skiing, but came back to stay for a night for our wedding anniversary and were absolutely delighted. Everything on the menu in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, quality local ingredients and great wine. Surrounded by natural beauty, lot's to do and see, and really welcoming owners, for whom nothing was too much trouble. We really couldn't fault it! We will definitely be back... soon! Thank you to Chalet Morel for a wonderful wedding anniversary!

We came here for the second time to enjoy the local mountains in their green summer glory. As charming in summer, as in winter, Chalet Bragard is positioned ideally to explore the beauty of the nature around. The spa with its late availability allows the travelers to relax even after dinner… for us, this is a unique advantage of the place. The staff is super friendly and helpful and in constant contact by WhatsApp, which is great. Dinner on the terrace outside was as pleasant as inside the restaurant in winter. Best steak of the year!!! We’ll definitely come back.

The staff, Ludovica and Lorenzo were amazing. Friendly and helpful and did an incredible job at helping me when I'd messed up my booking. They even called around the town to their contacts to help me find another room for the night. So kind and generous. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Its a 1km walk into the village by a river so no need for a car. A short drive to the pistes to ski.

Comfortable clean spacious warm room, bathroom impeccably clean with all the amenities needed, transfer to the ski lift, good breakfast with delicious cornetto all'albicocca)). Wonderful hospitality - many thanks to Sara for making our stay so nice and doing her best in orginising our future accommodation. We are going to come back few times during the ski season!)

Limone is a lovely little town just outside of Cuneo.

Limone is a lovely little town just outside of Cuneo. Flights from Turin/Milan or Nice are just as handy although the colle di tenda tunnel is currently closed due to last year heavy flooding. There is plenty of restaurants and bars to chose from. Ski slopes are nice, well kept and for all levels. There are few skiing schools which also offer group classes for kids which are cheaper than single lessons and a lot more fun! A big place for hiring gear is Bottero ski hire and shop, which can be done online prior departing. Ski passes are generally not refundable so I was glad I bought only 5 days instead of 6 as one day ski slopes were closed, as there wasn’t any difference in price we opted to buy 5 days and keep our options open and it showed to be best practice to avoid losing cash on 4 ski passes, over 100 euro.

Really lovely village, with good shops and restaurants. I would stay longer in the ski season, but is lovely at any time of year. Unfortunately, the Tende tunnel is still closed, which makes access more difficult when coming from the Côte d'Azur.
