Hope this will help others to make their decision. When i saw the score i was hesitant to book this place but i did and i am glad that i did. First of all you must understand that this place is not new and you will see some marks of time here and there but cleaning staff is doing amazing job by keeping everything clean and nice. Regarding the rooms- i had standard double bed room not far from reception with included spa(bath robes, slippers) and breakfast/dinner. The room was clean with all basic items that usually can be found in hotel rooms. Spa area is modern with few saunas, showers, relaxing area and pool. I was using just saunas and cold water showers after long day on slopes and it was extremely relaxing. Cant comment on pool. Food was good. Nothing exceptional but defiantly not bad. Standard breakfast with selection of meats, cheese, eggs, bread etc. For dinner ...two options of pasta, different appetizers, fish and meat dishes etc. The biggest plus of this place are the people who work there, during my one week stay everyone was extremely nice, polite and professional. And the closest lift is just 3min walking distance. To sum up- check what kind of room you are booking and if everything what you need is included. Embrace the beautiful nature outside. Don't expect everything to be brand new. Enjoy your holiday

Everything is perfect , totally deserves to be back

Very comfortable stay in Livigno. Recently renovated rooms which were of exceptional build quality throughout the hotel. The views were great which only added to the enjoyment of our stay. Very comfortable room, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very clean, breakfast was plentiful and amazing selection for all tastes. But above all excellent hosts. Very genuine, sincere and clearly hard working. They were incredibly kind and helpful so we really enjoyed our stay with them.

Great breakfast. Loved the on-demand omelet. Good meals at night. Check that Evening Menu before heading out in the morning. The room had a balcony. There is a SKI/Snowboard storage room on the lower floor. You are within walking distance of 2 lifts.

We liked the room very much, it was very clean and had good view from the window. We could park put motorcycle next to the house which was very nice.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Galli in Livigno, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a stunning mountain view room! The breakfast spread was outstanding, with an impressive selection of gluten-free and dairy-free options. The quality and freshness of the food were top-notch! Amazing cappuccino and fresh juices machine are perfect details for the beginning of a ski day. On our last day as we checked out very early, we also got our take away breakfast night before. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly. Paying attention to details in every way. They daily ensure our comfort and satisfaction also by leaving chocolates and lip balms on our bed. The restaurant on the ground floor was always bustling, and for good reason! The chefs steak recepie and local wine selection were phenomenal. The hotel's location was perfect, with the ski slopes, market, and ski rental facilities all within close proximity. Also, area is quite in the evenings, there are few restaurants and bars near by but with 0 noise outside. Overall, our stay at Galli was truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a exceptional ski resort experience!

Highly recommended. The size and comfort as the quality of the Junior Suite is perfect. The new buliding, the lobby, the bar area are top. Location & view amazing. Staff smiley and polite. SPA & Infinity Pool as the Pool Bar so the evening program are wonderful. The meals on the buffet & breakfast are rich enough for all demand, with quality on the highest level. We are more than satisfied. And an extra thank you for Manolo for his kindness and pfofessionism. We will come back.

Very warm welcoming, cozy atmosphere and amazing, uniquely made food. The staff was very nice, kind, helpful and friendly, they made sure we were having our best time on our vacation. The hotel was nice, warm and clean and we will definitely visit again!

Very beautiful and modern hotel with a touch pf luxury. The spa was small and cozy, really liked the resting area near the pool with the mountain view. Views are excellent from all the rooms.

We booked a deluxe double room, the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very centrally located with a good breakfast and a large selection of food. The great atmosphere was provided with live music until 23:30. The atmosphere in the hotel is unique and fantastic. The hotel staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. We had a small technical problem with our car and we got help from hotel staff superb quickly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody. You made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable.

What a fabulous stay we had in this family run hotel. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and run the shop attached where we could get a discount on clothes and shoes. Breakfast was included and was a fabulous spread with hot and cold options. Highly recommended for your stay in Livigno.

Very nice family hotel right under the ski slope. Helpful staff and very nice owner. Family atmosphere, pleasant room furnishings, but especially extremely good cuisine - delicious breakfast and dinner. We will return to you next year for a skiing holiday.

Hotel Adele was perfect for 6 friends skiing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities are very good. Very clean hotel with cleaning done every day. Breakfast was a buffet type with lots of fruits, breads, cereals, croissants. Overall a great choice of food and coffees. It is a 10/15 minute walk to centre of Livigno. Hotel is close to Davids ski rental and Cassana ski lift. There is a bus stop outside the hotel if you want to ski at the Mottolino Ski area where I reckon there are better ski runs.

The location was great, right next to the cable car which takes you up to the top of the mountain at 3000m. The breakfast was excellent - great quality and very abundant. The hotel was very clean in all areas - it had a really nice feel to it.
