I have stayed in many a 5 star hotel but never been made to feel as welcome as at the Sayonara by the staff. They took a genuine interest in what were wanted and gave great advice on what to see in the area. The suite felt brand new and every part of the hotel was immaculately clean. Views over the mountains and the sound of cow bells. Breakfast and dinner were indulgent, providing much more than we needed. The breakfast choice was extensive. The spa and pool overlooking the mountains were a great experience and we had no problems booking massages. Massage rooms were fabulous and treatments much less than we paid elsewhere in the Dolomites. Would be very happy to stay again.

The small spa downstairs is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking (15€ each). There is also a dedicated free parking area for guests, which is very convenient. The bed is nice and comfy. The breakfast is abundant, with a rich sweet buffet and savory options available on request. The staff are excellent, extremely friendly, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. They provide great hiking advice, offer free bus tickets, and even supply snowshoes for daily hikes. Also the dinner was perfect!
