Fantastic place, situated on the beach. Beautiful view. Very good breakfast. Right in the center of Caorle.

L’hotel è accogliente e in una location perfetta, attaccato alla spiaggia e a pochissimi minuti di cammino dalla via pedonale centrale di bibione. La camera era molto pulita e ci hanno sostituito gli asciugamani ogni giorno, davvero encomiabile. La camera di 14 m2 era piccola si (dichiaratamente) ma riusciva a inserire al suo interno tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno al mare ( condizionatore/ bidet sotto al lavandino incredibile/ box doccia / tv/ terrazza con sedie e rete per appendere le cose bagnate). Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile devo fare loro i complimenti. La colazione era da fare presso un altro hotel del gruppo (1 minuto di cammino) ed era fornitissima con stile continentale (bacon uova affettati formaggi cornetti pancake yogurt frutta secca e fresca , caffè e macchina per i succhi di frutta) Credo che volere più e lamentarsi di un soggiorno del genere sia meritevole di una diagnosi di derealizzazione maniacale

Hotel is on good location, about 10 min of walking to the old town center. The beach is across the street from. It is very clean. Breakfast is very good. The staff is so nice and accommodating. I had only good experience and I recommend staying here

The hotel staff was very kind and patient. They responded to all our requests with a smile and great willingness. A minor technical issue that we reported before breakfast was resolved immediately upon our return to the room – which was a truly pleasant surprise. There was a large and varied selection of food – a rich buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The meals changed daily and were sufficiently diverse, even the children found something they liked. The hotel was nice and clean – the rooms were quiet, spotless, with the floors cleaned daily, trash removed, and towels and bath towels replaced every day, which is highly appreciated given all the sand brought back from the beach. Our room was a bit older in terms of furnishings, but some rooms have already been renovated with more modern equipment. The beach was easily accessible – a 3–4-minute walk, and only a 1-minute walk from the promenade.

We wanted to stay in a hotel directly at the sea, so that we didn’t have to drag all stuff to the beach - and that worked perfectly. The hotel is very well-located, directly at the beach and slightly aside from noisy bars and restaurants, so a great choice for a family. The room was a bit small and plain, but absolutely clean and sufficient for a 2+2 family. The balcony with sea view was a treat. The breakfast was nice and good variety of choice. We enjoyed our stay and were safisfied.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The terrace is comfortable, the staff is nice. The room was of the expected quality, everything was fine.

Very very easy access to with stroller. I was very happy about this point.

Perfect stay on a quiet street surrounded by pines! The location is peaceful yet excellent, especially with the included beach service. The atmosphere balances a warm feel with high professionalism. Best of all, the staff are in a league of their own—showing a rare level of genuine kindness you seldom see these days. Highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The location was great—close to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed using the bikes, which was a really nice touch. If you have the chance to choose this hotel, don’t hesitate—you definitely won’t regret it!

This hotel offers not only good stay for tourists, but also has reserved parking spaces 4 minutes by foot from hotel and also reserved beach umbrella and sunbeds at beach, which is located estimated 10 minutes by foot from hotel 🤗 Good staff, hard working, English wasnt a problem for communication. Just one small thing, to better take care of bathroom ☺️

This is our favourite place during summer! We have been coming here with our little boy and everything is perfect. The food at the restaurant is amazing!
