Its new, friendly staff, clean, balcony, tasty breakfast, garage for parking. Had friendly cat visiting us and wandering around our balcony :)

The staff were wonderful, offering excellent and warm service. The facilities, including the spa and jacuzzis, along with the stunning views, make this place truly magical. I will definitely come back!

The hotel features a thoughtfully designed layout, from the ski room and spa to the guest rooms themselves. It also offers a convenient luggage storage room for use after checkout, allowing you to go skiing and return later for a shower. While it is not a true ski-in/ski-out hotel, it feels almost as if you are right on the slope, as it is just one bus stop away. Moreover, a shuttle service is available on demand. I was genuinely impressed.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are spacious, warm and cleaned every day. The ski depot is equipped with heaters to keep your boots warm and dry every morning. The food in the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is varied, and dinner really meets the highest demands of hotel guests. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help at any time. The bartender is always smiling and does everything to make you feel nice and relaxing after returning from skiing (his cocktails are fantastic)!

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about hiking paths and local weather conditions. Bistrot 24 - dinner and breakfast were beyond expectations, a must try here. Must must must. Very nice facade and very spiffy looking garage.

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options for all. The parking was convenient, secure and had easy access at the back of the hotel with a lift to take big bags to all floors. Staff were very friendly and informative.

Martina and her husband were really helpful and thanks to their good advice we did some lovely walks. Thank you again Martina.

Central location, so pretty and well appointed, rooms have lovely balconies But the real standout are the friendly and super helpful staff! Very knowledgeable and informed about local activities and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back!

We had a fantastic holiday in Ortisei. The room was very big and very clean, with a wonderful view over the mountains. The breakfast was variate and very good ! The ski bus station is in front of the Chalet!

Typical western breakfast, love to come back before stay they give full instructions to get their with the bus pass to make the transportation smoothly.
