The reception was really friendly and I had a fast check in to a clean room with amazing air conditioner. I loved the breakfast every morning.

The hotel is very close to the beach, a minute's walk away. The hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The open buffet breakfast is quite filling. Fresh fruit juice, fresh delicious cakes and a filling breakfast will make you happy. In the evenings, you can have dinner on the romantic garden terrace for 25 euros per person. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Although the hotel prices are quite high because these are holiday resorts in the Tuscany region, the prices of Hotel Residence Villa Marzie are quite reasonable and they provide their customers with services above the 3-star hotel concept. It is a hotel that deserves 4 stars. The staff at the reception are very helpful and smiling, especially CHİARA and ANNİE are super smiling towards the customers and help in every way. I thank them very much because they are the smiling staff of the hotel. For example, if you want to rent a car or a bike, they help in almost every way and try to do their best for the customers.Also, the male staff member who works at the hotel at night, who was originally a lawyer but we learned that he no longer practices his profession, is very helpful and talkative.We wanted to stay at the hotel for 2 more weeks, but after mid-August, there was a holiday and public holiday period in this region for about a month, so the hotel rooms were not available for more days and were full. Reservations had been made in advance and the rooms were full. So we had to book another hotel nearby, regretfully. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a hotel to relax in this region and for its friendly and helpful staff. L'hotel è molto vicino alla spiaggia, a un minuto a piedi. Perfect location walking distance to the beach. There was a car park (charges apply) but most welcome as street parking was busy. Check in was efficient and friendly and English was spoken. Very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, and was so happy to have got a sea view room with balcony -it was so perfect. Air conditioning worked really well and the beds were very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and variety and well presented. We got a table al fresco on the covered terrace and it was perfect.

The history you perceive enteri by the hotel, all the details of furniture and ceilings. The staff is super professional and kind, really knows what the sense of hospitality is. What a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing! Facilities were beautiful: comfy bed with lovely bedding, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom and newly furnished. Air conditioning worked really well. Fast modern lifts.Breakfast was incredible, such a huge variety that caters to all people. Ocean views from room, fabulous! We went to watch the Carnivale del Viareggio and as we were on the first floor with views from a private balcony we were literally in the best place to view the parade and fireworks.
