We were upgraded to a really nice suite. The wifi and a/c worked well. There is a really good view from the restaurant area (no dinners at the moment, just the excellent breakfast). Parking on the street outside was easy.

Wonderful hospitality! A very comfortable bed , very clean and spacious room.The food was amazing - all prepared at home. Close to Jerash ruins. Hosts were very welcoming. Highly recommend

It was a beautiful trip to Jordan, and the Jerash Hotel was a very wonderful hotel. The staff is very nice, and the view was wonderful. The Roman ruins of Jerash were all in front of you. I opened the curtains and looked at the view. On the fifth floor, they have a very beautiful location with everything. It was called Al-Zaytouna, and it was overlooking the Jerash Mountains and the ruins of Jerash. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Jerash Hotel, I promise you that I will repeat it again ❤️👌🏻

Best place to stay among all the hotels in jordan we’ve been to. There is a very cozy rooftop terrace with a great view and a massage chair, open at any time and equipped with tables. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The host is incredibly welcoming and kind, always happy to share interesting things about jordan and answer any questions. Nearby there is a cafe with tasty, good quality and affordable food that was recommended by the host. Definitely recommended for staying.

Jerash City View is a very good hotel and the host is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The facilities are great, there is also a space to sit and relax and a kettle and kitchen equipment. There is the option of home made Jordanian breakfast and dinner. Both are delicious. Enjoyed my stay very much

The garden was really beautiful and we enjoyed spending time there. The host was very friendly and kind. The apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen is nice and I especially loved the big sofa in the room!

Lovely place to stay with plenty on offer! Rooms were spacious and clean, uncle Ali at the front was super friendly and always willing to help. Stones throw from the main archeological site and a view of Hadrian’s gate also. Overall can’t fault the place - affordable, in close proximity to eateries and friendly and helpful staff :)
