I was very kindly welcomed by Firas and his colleague. They recommended me stuff and they took plenty of their time to explain me Petra, Jordan and the culture. We had long discussions about anything! I have never ever had such a good hotel experience! And I stayed at 5 star hotels like Hyatt before! I highly recommend Sunset hotel, because of the exceptional staff!!

We loved this hotel. The reception staff (Maamoun) was very friendly and nice. The room was spacious and clean. We were surprised by the fact that all the drinks and confectionary in the mini bar were free. The breakfast was fantastic and we particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice that was complementary. We would like to visit this hotel again.

It is SUPER close to the Petra so you don't need to drive a car or walk a lot to get there. The view from the hotel was very nice and the conditon of the room was fine. I could take a shower with a warm water. All staffs at the hotel were nice and the breakfast quality was really good. (It costs 10 dinars) Everything was perfect !!

I love everything about this hotel. The best food ever. I ate like a king the first day I arrived there. The resort It’s very clean, safe, and everything works perfectly good and most importantly the staffs and the manager here are the most welcoming in any resort that I have been before, and they are the best host that I have ever had in all my travel life. The manager is so amazing and he helped me through out the whole time and he made sure that I got everything that I needed including my tour in Petra. He was so helpful. I feel blessed and honored the whole time I was there. I am definitely coming back there again and I will recommend my friend and family to come visit this amazing hotel.

Great location. Simple very tasty homemade local food for dinner and breakfast. Great view from family room and nice balcony/terrasse. Nice family room for 4 with a fridge. Very friendly family managing the location. Nice live local music in the evening.

The hotel is new and frendly staff

The location is perfect, right across Petra, hotel well kept and staff were amazing, from the reception to the restaurant. Breakfast is good and Emad tried his best to make us feel welcomed and always spoiled us with some little extra treats. Big shout out to him, Abod, Mo and rest of the staff. Will definitely come back!!

We had issues with our transport so we could not stay overnight, as we had to return to Amman for a flight, given the conflict, but we still did stop here for something to eat and to meet the locals, as they are such genuine people. They gave us a wall around the property, and we could see the accommodation was basic, but comfortable. This is a community run cooperative that needs the support of people to keep their doors open

Everything was excellent! The room was very clean and well-equipped, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked great. The staff were very friendly. I’d especially like to mention Omar from the reception, who was so kind. Highly recommended!

Views from balcony and garden were excellent. You can park right by the front door. Staff were attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and they even offered lunch boxes for Petra. They had free drinking water.

Gorgeous view, the location is close to the center and the entrance to Petra; the manager is very kind, he helps you with absolutely everything you need to know: where to eat well, where to change money if you need to

An excellent place to stay in the beautiful old town of Dana. Can’t recommend this place enough. Awesome location, excellent food, lovely staff, sociable with other guests. Great access to hikes in the area. I came for 1 night and stayed for 4!! Thanks to the Dana Tower team!!

The plane was immaculate. The staff were super friendly and accommodating especially mousa and hazem , both individuals were polite, professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again .
