Best staff ever!! We reached very late, we reached the next morning instead of the day when we were supposed to checkin due to flight delay. The hotel staff was kind enough to let us do a late checkout and also saved us some tasty breakfast. They provided us a lot of water bottles too, and then called a cab for us to go to Wadi Musa town from there. The hotel room was also very spacious and the bathroom was also very good.

the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. The hotel is really beautiful, very modern and new. The rooms are a great size. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The hotel is located very close to the center of Madaba. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection of different dishes. The wonderful swimming pool was the best addition after a tiring day of walking and sightseeing. We liked our stay here so much that we returned for another night at the end of the trip.
