The hotel is right near the station. I appreciated the eco friendly amenities and the Darjeeling scented washes. As someone with tattoos I also used the sento on the top floor freely, there were no signs posted against them. I did make sure to go at the less busy hours just in case. The rooms have a tablet you can use to see the current congestion status of both the baths and the restaurant for breakfast, as well as live updates of the laundry room with time left for each washer. The staff was absolutely fantastic, even helping me get a good price when I wanted to extend my stay for a few more days. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to hike in Daisetsuzan and then have a nice soak afterwards.

Great baths, excellent Japanese breakfast, close to Ningle Terrace, coffee shops and bars in the woods.

very close to the JR station and the AEON mall so we can travel and buy food easily , this time we take a flight to leaving ASAHIKAWA and there a airport bus stop just opposite the road it is so nice.

Everything was brilliant. The Onsen was certainly exceptional. Staff were very friendly.

It has the views of the mountain, staffs were courteous and very helpful. Plus the hotel is in the city center. It is a beautiful hotel. It’s a shame I didn’t get to use the onsen/ spa as I only stayed one night and was trapped eating a slow cooking oyster at a nearby restaurant.

The staff was kind enough to let me check in 30 minutes earlier than the usual check-in time of 3 pm. It was the first time I encountered this, which is quite rare for all the many trips I made to Japan. Hands down to the receptionist didn't get her name, but thank you as it was snowing that day. The location was great just across the JR Asahikawa station. Great value for money. I will book this hotel again in my next visit.

Kind staff, very good bath. Free ramen at night (did not try though). Free coffee at reception. No extra charge for our delayed morning return to pack& checkout, but instead staff nicely gathered our belongings - great thanks!

Fantastic clean and modern hotel. All needs were met and staff very approachable. Three minute walk to Asahikawa Station and major shopping outlet. Supermarkets and 7elevens just also a few minutes walk. Fantastic central location.

We loved this hotel. In just 2 nights it felt like home to us. It has a really nice atmosphere. The free teas & snacks in the lounge were lovely too. The beds were super comfy, especially for us foreigners. It is also super close to the ski fields - sadly, because it was so late in the season, the closest one was closed, but the next one is only a 5 min drive and has lovely staff too.

There is a small onsen on the top floor. Convenient location next to the railway station and various shops and restaurants. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of freshly prepared Japanese food. Car parking with lift available. Staff didn't speak much English but was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot. It was a very pleasant stay.

Loved the Breakfast and the fact that there was a waxing / service station for our snowboards.

amazing location, room interior and space, breakfast was great too, all at a very reasonable price. parking was convenient and the hotel location is close to many restaurants and cafes, and walking distance from the kitanomine slopes too, furano is a drive away.

Very nice place, great location next to a beautiful park and the best ramen restaurant in Asahikawa. Very friendly owner and staff. Spent a lot of time helping me plan my trip to biei. Comfortable bed, good value.

Right next to Asahikawa station. A shopping centre and food court on the other side of the station. Toyota rent a car is across the road. Room is good size. Still have enough walking space when 2 large suitcases opened.
