Very friendly and kindly staff, an amazing onsen facility, the building itself was very unique and beautiful with a garden courtyard in the center. It felt like a magical step out of time. It was also convenient to the train station, and walking distance to the outer shrine entrance.

From the moment you enter the lobby, you know you’re somewhere grand. The reception from the staff is top notch. The lobby is beautiful with stunning floral displays. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. Always smiling even when they’re working very hard, and they do a lot of that. Our room, 536, was a corner room with incredible views out two sides.The breakfast buffet, even for a strict vegetarian, was delicious. The lounge on the second floor had completely beverages and snacks, both sweet and savoury, all day long. Excellent bonus. You are also permitted to use their other hotel lounge which is a few minute walk away, on the fifth floor, with stunning 360 degree views.

The hotel has only eight rooms, and is located close to the seaside. The view from our room is beautiful and breathtaking! The water of the onsen inside of our room is silky smooth. We could also make daily reservation to use the outdoor onsen for private use. Mostly importantly, the dinner and breakfast served at the hotel is of the highest quality, cooked by their talented chef, with fresh local produce. The place is quite nice next to the train station and the services exceeded my expectations. The bath was really fantastic and a pleasure to enter. The room was extremely clean and comfortable to be in. The hotel provides fro free tea and a snack that are replaced every days. The hotel also gave yukata to go around in the hotel which I really loved, yukata which is also replaced every das. Moreover, the place is really cute and the staff make sure that you are comfortable, I left my luggage and came back to check-in later to discover that they already carried my luggages to my room. I wasn't expecting such a big and nice room and such a beautiful place for the price. I think it's the best quality price in Ise. If I go back to Use, I will definitely come again.

A traditional Japanese inn with a long history. If you are looking for a traditional inn experience in Ise then this place is a good choice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and had some variance from day to day. The location is great since it is right beside Iseshi station so if you are coming to Ise with Kintetsu or JR line then it is literally just outside the station. Ise Geku shrine is within walking distance and anything farther you can grab a bus or a train from the station.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable with great amenities. We took our dog and there were bowls and bedding provided. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The pool area is great with lots of seating and is open from 8am-8pm so you can enjoy morning and evening swims. We have stayed twice now and I would definitely recommend it.

Rooms need to be redecorated. The restaurant was one of the best we experienced in Japan. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional Japanese food. The staff do not speak a lot of English, but we communicated on. They were all exceptionally nice and helpful. Loved the pajamas also. Would recommend Ise and this hotel.
