They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast that comes with the room is good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They went out their way to make arrangements for us especially with transfers given our big group. This my second visit and will definitely book again.

Everything about my stay with Dave-san and his wife was fantastic! If you have come across this as an option for your accomodation, book it! You will not regret it. Especially if you like to be in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle. Dave-san runs a shuttle to and from the resorts each day so getting around isn’t an issue. The breakfast is delicious!

Hotel shuttle buses were fantastic, staff were super friendly and always helpful including helping us book a cab to Kutchan after checkout. The hotel offers shuttle buses each day to and from popular ski and town locations. Ski hire can be booked through the hotel and delivered to the hotel ski lockers which made things a lot easier.

Staff was awesome and very helpful. They made us feel welcome and helped with issues we had like ordering a taxi or getting information about surroundings. 10 stars for staff. Rooms were clean. We had in room onsen. It was small but the view was great. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of things to choose from, Japanese and western. Ski Lyft was very close to the hotel. Price was also reasonable. There is no other place where you can have an in room onsen for this price.

Everything was amazing at Zaborin. The snow view was beautiful and surreal. Room price included both breakfast and dinner. Unlike some meal inclusive resorts, the food quality here was superior and on par with what you would get at top-tier restaurants. The service is also impeccable.
