Finishings were to die for. Bathroom is out of this world. Very neat and clean. Details e.g., how close sockets are reachable, very thoughtful of the design. The fact that you can get everything from the hotel. Food, beverages, drinks e.t.c Friendly staff. Problem solvers! Security. Safe environment. Easily accessible. Closer to the main-road.

The hotel was accommodating to our requests, both room service and late checkout. The room was spacious and clean. We also had dinner, the chicken and corn soup was really awesome.

The hotel was nicely located in the town centre but was easily accessed. Car parking was good, reception was impressive and the hotel has a light and bright feel to it, the hotel communal areas and our room were perfectly clean and in good order. We were happy with the whole weekend, really couldn't fault the place. We spent Saturday evening in the hotel club named The Masters Lounge, defiantly worth a visit.

Their security is great, ample parking. Then the assistance I received in getting things like foodstuffs from outside was top notch. Overall I was impressed, whenever I'm back in Meru, that's where I'll be staying
