Everything about my stay was fabulous. From the porters who greeted me and took my bags, to the staff who welcomed me with smiles and a beverage to the beautiful pool over looking the ocean and the extremely comfortable room. This hotel was the nicest place I've stayed in Sri Lanka, I wish I could have stayed longer because it was a tranquil oasis!

Everything. Lovely room design, beautiful bathroom, great rooftop bar and pool.

The hotel is lovely and very clean, the Management and staff are really helpful and friendly, Dilip, our room attendant, is so attentive and kind. Pool area is good and you can order food and drink easily. The restaurant food is of a very high standard and is good value with plenty of choice.

Looks beautiful, max value for money

Very good value for money, clean, comfortable rooms, with comfy bed and pillows. You can reach main locations with tuktuk in 5-10 minutes. We stayed here on our last day so we can explore the city but reach the airport quickly in the morning. (Took 40 minutes from here to the airport)

Very convenient location, you can get fast by tuk tuk to any point of interest, they all are near. Elevator, no problems with big bags. Balcony, you can watch local life 24/7. Conditioner and fan works fine. Hot water shower. Good wifi, upload speed isn't reduced. So helpful and kind staff, my best wishes to you guys :)

The best hotel. Best in every single little thing

All the staff were very friendly, including the restaurant staff, led by the restaurant's night manager, Bernard, who was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the employee and morning manager at the restaurant, Suranga, who was very respectful, helpful and loved us. The polite and wonderful employee, Shashini, loved us when we arrived at the restaurant and fulfilled our requests without getting bored. I ask the hotel management, if our opinion matters to them, to give them a financial or monetary reward because they work for the hotel and not for themselves.

Very comfy, nice shower, location is great for dutch hospital area, port city and Galle face green. We only stayed for one night before an early flight. We booked the transfer when checking in, reasonable price, very convenient and punctual. Staff were friendly. The hotel is new and doesn't have a restaurant yet, but there are many in the immediate area.

We enjoyed our stay at Lavonca: very clean, cozy, nice space on the roof to spend evenings, city centre is nearby.
