Noeline the lady at the reception was super nice and friendly. We booked a normal room and she upgraded the room to the new ones. Room was spacious and cleaned with all the facilities Bed and mattress is comfortable and perfect for a rest after a 6h trip from Colombo. Breakfast was good and according to our request.

Clean, fresh, cared for. Everything worked. The staff are fantastic and Niro will provide suggestions for everything including what to see and where to eat. His restaurant recommendation gave us the best meal yet in Sri Lanka which is down near the Dutch Fort in Mannar. We had the chicken fried rice, chilli beef and ghee roti. Ice cream to finish! Loved it! They also filter their own water and provide it free to stay clear of single use plastic.

Spacious, very clean, excellent breakfast, amazing owner/staff support. We had a medical emergency while in town so we had to extend our stay, and the owner was unbelievably helpful and kind, even came to the hospital to check on my husband's state.

A lovely home with mango trees and chickens in the front yard. The accommodation upstairs is clean, private, comfortable, and very spacious, with a sitting room, a queen bed and a double bed that can fit two kids or two small adults, an ironing board and iron. But I would come back because of the generosity and hospitality of the hosts, who are a lovely and welcoming family that made us feel like we were at home. They also make really good food and help with any local arrangements.

It was a comfortable stay and amazing people , the owner helped us to retrieve an airpod we forget at the stay , she literally delivered it to colombo to our hotel from mannar , i am still greatful for her on it and was so attentive to us from the start .

I stayed for two nights and had a very nice time. Birdwatching in this area was my only interest. It's run by a lovely family and the owner turned out to be a very good birdtourguide himself. In the early morning he took us out watching in the nearby reserve. Furthermore the stay offered a basic room, motorbike rental to explore the rest of the island and probably the best cooked meals I tasted in Sri Lanka 🙏 My time here was well spend and the location is easily reachable by public busses and renting the motorbike was a good option for me to explore the rest of the island in one day.
