The property is brand new only 2 months old . It was the cleanest accommodation we had in our 2 months in Sri Lanka , great location 2 hundred meters to beach and many restaurants . The room was spacious with a great comfortable bed with quality bedding, the shower had plenty of hot water and a separate cubicle so water didn’t go all over the bathroom floor. Air conditioning was excellent and there was also a fridge and tv with streaming services and also a large private balcony. There is a lovely swimming pool in front or the hotel which is kept in pristine condition and there is also a restaurant on site and they will cook for you to eat anywhere you fancy wherever on the roof, your room or restaurant . The best thing about the hotel was the staff always happy and welcoming 🤗 Fernando was so helpful and friendly and went out of his was to make sure we had the best stay So we would have no hesitation staying here again and recommend to anyone

My family and i had an amazing time here. The beach was magnificent and the rooms great. The best part of this hotel was the staff, they helped us with every need, we certainly felt at home there and hope to come back!

Amazing location and relaxing.

Room - Pool - Beach. 40 meters to the Pool, 40 meters more to the Ocean. Perfect for relaxing and get some days off. Staff is very friendly. You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner or some drinks in the hotel. Little shops and an ATM at the main road nearby.

It was easy, we booked 5 minutes before arriving, no problem. Very comfy, great apartmnt, easy access to the beach which is 30m meters from the hotel, I actually could see both the sea and the pool from my bed. Clean, spacious, neatly decorated... Great value fro the money, the local hotels wanted more for a poor quality, we personally checked two facilities in Nilaveli before booking this one.

The location and view from the room were excellent. Situated at a beautiful beach. The room was clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Food also was lovely.

We had a very nice and clean bedroom and bathroom. The hotel pool was enjoyable for us and also very hudge. The stuff people of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The beach is a 30 minutes walk by food or you can also take a tuktuk to the beach. For breakfast you can choose a international breakfast or a typical sri Lankan breakfast. All in all we enjoyed our stay there a lot and would come back again. :)

Staff extremely kind. Beautiful Garden and swimming Pool area. Sport’s / gym room is nice. Food at the restaurant is really good and local. Breakfast offer both local or american specialties.

Accommodating and friendly staff. The pool was clean and beautiful, loved walking a few steps into crystal clear ocean.

The staff at Diving Nest were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location is beautiful I hadn't even planned on going to the beach, but the view from the terrace caught my eye and I couldn't resist. Going down there turned out to be the best decision of the trip. I also tried scuba diving with them, and the whole experience was handled very professionally from start to finish.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner and his staff when we arrived. The rooms were very spacious, clean and the showers were warm. The breakfast was excellent-there was always the option to chose between a traditional Sri Lankan and a more western breakfast. Both were great! The rooms look out on to a garden area and you can sit outside if you wish. The beach is only a short walk a way and the owner has a lot of helpful tips about where to go or even howvto get your laundry done. As a family we had a really relaxing and enjoyable time here. Highly recommendable!

Very welcoming and helpful , the room was amazing , very clean, and tidy . The rooms back onto the beach with golden sand. Swam for a couple of hours. Stunning 😍 had the beach to ourselves . THANKS 😊

The nature of the hotel was good and also a peaceful place to relax in our vacation

First of all the staff is amazing, always happy to help! Furthermore the rooms are big and clean. The resort has a private beach and it’s essentially surrounded by trees everywhere which makes the location unique

We had an amazing stay at Dutch Bay Villa. One of the best places to stay in Trincomalee! The white sandy Dutch Bay Beach is right in front of the villa, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were superb, always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing with delicious food every morning, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Trincomalee

The hotel was close to the beach and there were many landmark around it so it was very convenient also the hotel has 10/10 food and they had loads of options which just made our holiday even better
