The property is brand new only 2 months old . It was the cleanest accommodation we had in our 2 months in Sri Lanka , great location 2 hundred meters to beach and many restaurants . The room was spacious with a great comfortable bed with quality bedding, the shower had plenty of hot water and a separate cubicle so water didn’t go all over the bathroom floor. Air conditioning was excellent and there was also a fridge and tv with streaming services and also a large private balcony. There is a lovely swimming pool in front or the hotel which is kept in pristine condition and there is also a restaurant on site and they will cook for you to eat anywhere you fancy wherever on the roof, your room or restaurant . The best thing about the hotel was the staff always happy and welcoming 🤗 Fernando was so helpful and friendly and went out of his was to make sure we had the best stay So we would have no hesitation staying here again and recommend to anyone

My family and i had an amazing time here. The beach was magnificent and the rooms great. The best part of this hotel was the staff, they helped us with every need, we certainly felt at home there and hope to come back!

Beatiful seaview from our room with balcony . Beach lounge chairs and a nice sandy beach. Walking distance to the town.

The duplex room, ambience and breakfast

I had a chance to try the hotel's restaurant, and the food was delicious. There was a decent variety in the menu, and the breakfast spread was particularly impressive.

The location is great, the staff was amazing, everyone went abovw and beyond to make our stay even more perfect! The food was delicious!

Super hotel It's brand new one

The Nilaveli royal paradise is a very confortable hotel. It is not a guest house. The staff vas very friendly and and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is quite remote from the city (specially Trincomalee - 20 min ride) but perfect if you plan on staying in Nilaveli to go diving, 5 min from Divinguru diving center. The building is new, everything is clean. You have access to a balcony and a rooftop. We where their first foreigner guests and we had the whole place to ourself (the season just started) The owner and her daughter who lives close by are very nice and open people. I was offered a henna tatoo for Eïd (end of Ramadan) made by the daughter and it’s very beautiful. We strongly recommend

Rooms were pretty spacious and clean. Right on the beach and close to main part of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. A little bit expensive as we originally booked on booking.com for a much cheaper and it had booked out so ended up getting more expensive one.

I stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent choice! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was brand new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It had two large double beds, which were perfect for a restful stay. The mattress was amazing – incredibly comfortable and supportive, one of the best I've slept on in a hotel. The modern décor and overall cleanliness made the atmosphere feel fresh and inviting. The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped with high-quality toiletries and a spacious shower. Everything felt well thought out and carefully maintained. I was really impressed by the level of cleanliness, comfort, and service. The hotel is also in a great location — quiet, but close to everything you might need. If you’re looking for a modern, clean, and very comfortable hotel, this one truly delivers. I’ll definitely return in the future!
