Location is perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Breathtaking view and a genuinely warm welcome. The staff were kind, courteous, and always helpful. Excellent care throughout the stay and a generous, tasty breakfast each morning. A truly pleasant experience.

One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka. Room - Huge clean room, large wrap around balcony, room has a mini fridge, AC, space for bags and chairs to relax on. Bathroom was clean, fully tiled, hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was delicious, it was nice to get protein in the form of omelettes and boiled eggs. We’re a bit over the carbs and curry now. The hosts lovely, recommending things to do, and not trying to sell to you. They always greeted us with smiles and I have no idea what others experienced but we only ever saw polite, friendly and professional behaviour. Location is up a large, windy hill, we had our own tuktuk rental so this wasn’t an issue for us and recommend you have your own wheels or have your trips booked with a pickup. They can order you a Tuktuk taxi easily enough st just 1,000 LKR each way. Theres a lot of accomodation up this hill so plenty of people reside off the main strip. If you want the action on your doorstep stay on the main strip, but it is very loud, with bars closing at 2am, whereas this place is wonderful and peaceful with stunning views. Had such a great stay here and definitely recommend. Deluxe double room with balcony. Couple in 30’s travelling on honeymoon, from NZ.

A peaceful stay at Crystal Springs Hotel clean rooms, beautiful views, and very friendly staff. The calm atmosphere and tasty food make it perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Highly recommended for couples and families!

I just enjoyed a very nice 02 night stay with my wife at the beautiful hotel, will definitely be returning back to the same place with family. It was a newly opened hotel, and functioned very well with no issue, the rooms was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was amazing, the portions sizes were very big. The linen was not as soft, maybe because its still fresh, but overall loved everything.

Super friendly and helpful staff Great scenic mountain view to wake up to. Pool is nice. Breakfast is delicious. Can dig in to eastern and western dishes looking at vast mountain scenery.

The room was spectacular. We stayed in the grand executive suite and it was worth every dollar. The views were the best in Ella and it was just a once in a lifetime experience. The hospitality was phenomenal and Pradeep and Ashan were fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Easily the best room we've stayed in in the world!

Great view and a really nice, helpful owner! The value for money is excellent. You can rent a scooter from the hotel and explore all your points of interest. I recommend renting a scooter since the hotel is a bit uphill. Walking to the city is fine, but for the return trip, you might prefer taking a tuk-tuk. From the window, you can see Little Adams Peak, the Rock of Ella, and a waterfall. Each morning, you'll wake up to a beautiful sunrise!

We loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel, the restaurant is gorgeous and good delicious, views are absolutely stunning. Wish we had booked for longer.

We had a great time at Ella Nine Arch Holiday Resort. The place is located outside the city, in a very peaceful area with a 2km distance to Nine Arch Bridge. The breakfast was delicious and very rich. Mr. Saliya and his family made us feel very welcome and they helped us a lot during our stay. They organize tuktuk tours for a very reasonable price. Mr. Saliya is a great host and very friendly towards us and always smiling and trying to help.

This place has the most breathtaking panoramic view over Ella and the whole region — truly from another dimension. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, the property is modern and beautifully designed, and everything feels fresh and new. The food was absolutely amazing! One of the very few places where we enjoyed genuinely non-spicy food prepared with so much care and love. The room was comfortable, clean, private, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredible — extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help us with transport arrangements and every question we had. We would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

From the minite we arrived our stay at the Newburgh Ella was amazing. All the staff were wonderful and made our stay feel really special. Nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Denin who looked after us so well during all our meals. The views at the hotel are absolutely stunning. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Food at breakfast and evening meal was good.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, very well equipped, the rooms are spacious and very clean. It is located in the heart of the town, making it within easy walking distance of the various restaurants and shops. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Ella station. It was my husband's birthday, and Ujith made us an in-room cake with candles! My husband even got a wrapped present before he left. A real sweetheart! The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable. Thank you so much Ujith!

I had a wonderful stay at city heven ella. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. The view from my room was breathtaking, adding an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable visit!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They helped us with the bags, how to get around, … The room was very big and the bathroom also. Everything was clean. You have to climb a heavy road to get there, but alot of properties in Ella have this. It’s a good workout! :)
