This place is the spot to book!! The hammocks with the view are insane. The staff makes this entire place - they are kind, tireless and aiming to please the guests. The chef is amazing and their sandwiches perfect after a hike. You can do an easy walk on the railway to the waterfalls from the hotel. There are stairs entering that are steep just FYI but the entire hotel is perfect with yoga in the mornings as well. Just book it, you won’t regret it!

Very friendly staff. Hospitality was great

The location was absolutely great! it is 1 minute walk from the main street, quiet around. Everything is at the level described in the presentation. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. It is a very clean hotel, well located. Breakfast was very good. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, well maintained, comfortable bed, coffee machine and water in the room, view of the sunrise from the balcony , on Ella Rock Love our stay here very good choice!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! Beautiful room with gorgeous views of Ella. Host was very accommodating and booked Tuktuk’s for us to go into Ella which was less than 5 min drive. Room was super clean. Food available on stunning terrace.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were amazing. In particular, one guy from the staff (the only one who spoke English) was incredible; he was always ready to help us with a big smile. His friendly attitude made us feel truly welcome. I would definitely recommend this place. Breakfast with a view of the jungle was also very nice.

The highlight of our trip. Amazing place with beautiful views, very comfortable room, nice bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with everything you can dream, tasty food and nice service. Very attentive manager who was there and talked to us at every step of our stay, from check in to check out. We loved everything

We loved the location here, we arrived on the train from Hatton and just walked up from the station it was super easy. Being able to walk along the train tracks during the day to Ella was excellent, and a short and cheap tuktuk back to the acommodation was easy too. The breakfasts were fantastic, our room was enourmous and had everything we needed, the staff were excellent and very helpful, booking cars and tuktuks for us and even lent us some cash for a tea tour as we had run out before we could get to an ATM. Just fabulous, thanks for having us!

Lala and his wife are such kind and warm people. It really felt like home. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. And the food is to die for! It’s really easy to take the tuktuk to the city centre.

Lovely hotel - really liked the pool. Would definitely recommend this venue.

It's clean, it's cool, it's right in the town but not loud. AC and a hot shower, a pool,.amazing breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at city heven ella. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. The view from my room was breathtaking, adding an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable visit!

Clean and big rooms. Location is really good, close to the center.

The location is very good. It is very close to path to 9-arch bridge and to the road to little Adam's peak. There is a good restaurant in 3 minutes walk. Breakfast was nice. Delicious fresh fruits and pancakes. We also tryed local honey. Other way we could skip it because we knew nothing about it before. Room was clean. Hot water provided.
