The best part of my stay was the exceptional cleanliness of the property and the ever-smiling faces of the staff, who truly make your day brighter and your stay more enjoyable in such a beautiful hotel. I would especially like to highlight Nish, Madhu, Vihaara, Sahan, Harsha, and Osha for their outstanding service, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Each of them went the extra mile to make my experience truly memorable. Thank you all for everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.

Staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. Loved Kumara at the pool, helped my kids to have a swim even when it was raining.

This hotel has such a big heart. I want to give a shoutout to those that make it so welcoming (I am sure there are more) Palitha from the bar, also, Hamesha, Chamitha & Kavisha. All led by Mr. Hemananda. The location is central enough to get to places, there are 2 great restaurants close by that we visited - No Name and the pizza joint. But the food in the restaurant is more than satisfying and the team are happy to help. I would definitely return here in the future.

A marvellous hotel hidden in the hills. The view from the swimming pool really is as it is shown on the photos! Breakfast was with a large selection of everything, dinner was available, too. Room was very cosy with a full glass wall looking out into the green, and the bed was great to get proper rest. And of course, all the staff people were very hospitable.

Very nice hotel in Kandy. Location is convenient, not too far from the center by tuktuk. The view from the hotel is superb. Room was spacey, minimalist decor, very clean, with a balcony. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and breakfast was generous. Must try their mini muffing. Great experience overall, made me fall for Kandy.

Fantastic location, super close to the Temple of the Tooth relic. Hotel is clean and modern-looking, and rooms are super clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was tasty and staff was super friendly. For the price, this place definitely exceeded our expectations.

We had an excellent experience. The Front Office Duty Manager CHATHURANGA was incredibly welcoming and professional. Our check-in process was smooth and he kindly allowed us to check in early as we had arrived before the scheduled time which we truly appreciated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The view from the room on the river and the mountains was uncredibly peaceful and regenerative! A special thank you to the restaurant staff as well. They were always lovely, attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Every member of the team made us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, the food was really amazing, fresh, tasty, everything was excellent! The buffet for breakfast was well furnished and they still proposed us different kind of warm meals which were also perfect. We are truly impressed by the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the entire staff. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kandy. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Location and rooms 501 & 502 are super for a family

Good outlook, wide verandah with comfy chairs, big rooms, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff (arranged transport back to airport for one of our group who wasn't staying overnight).

The roof top pool and the views are stunning! Very nice and spacious room, excellent breakfast. We can only recommended it.

Good hotel at the heart of Kandy City. Close to everything and you can walk everywhere.. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and had a balcony as well with city views. Bathroom was great with good water pressure for both cold and hot water.

Right in the city center but quiet at night. All the staff was delightful with us. Big and clean rooms. Awesome pool. Excellent breakfast, sweet and salty. Happy to have been here
