Simple but big, clean and comfortable room, exactly what you want and where you pay a fair price for after a long drive. Bed was pure comfort! Staff was amazing, helpfull and really very friendly. Did not except this kind of hospitality to be honest, really great appriciate that. Many(!) luxury hotels I stayed at can learn a lot from this place!!!!

It was very clean, in the room there were 2 bottles of water, coffee, chocolate. There is inexpensive parking near the hotel. We went for breakfast at 9:40, there was a lot of food and drinks, although breakfast is until 10.

We loved the rooms and got a fantastic deal via Booking.com.

We loved the rooms and got a fantastic deal via Booking.com. The setting was so peaceful, could have slept for hours but sadly had to carry on the next day. The decor is modern and chic, and the facilities were excellent.

I wasnt there long, an overnight stop with a morning walk into the town. The petrol prices were pretty reasonable and there was a decent supermaket and mini mall at the bottom of the town. If staying for a short break I would probably get a hotel in Luxembourg City, as although all transport in the country is free its stops at 2300. Also to be fair I was there on a Monday night so maybe its a bit livelier at weekends?

Lovely town with many bars and restaurants.

Lovely town with many bars and restaurants. Whilst we were there, there was a market over the weekend which was very busy, selling local produce & a few clothing stalls. They also had a stage set up and local bands played there each night. One area has been made over into a small beach with sand & deck chairs, great for children to play, whilst you enjoy a drink!

I was here for business and the Ibis I stayed in was doing what it needed, I slept decently. I saw very little of the town, so I cannot recommend this. I went to the Agile Tour Luxembourg which I definitely CAN recommend :)

I can’t say too much really.

I can’t say too much really. Came here for the final evening of Les nuits of Longwy, which was great. Parts of the city are quite different in altitude and overall it didn’t strike me as very picturesque. I would definitely say this is not a place for a casual stroll.

It is good that the hotel is right next to the gas station,...

It is good that the hotel is right next to the gas station, with a quite well stocked store that you can even get fresh bread in the morning! Otherwise the next supermarket or boulangerie is quite a drive away! The village itself doesn't have much to see, but it is a nice place to have a good rest and with a car, attractions are not that far away.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good but on a downside our room on the third floor was so so hot - there was a fan but it was just too hot and we didn't have a great sleep due to the temperature in the room. It was great that they took dogs though.

5* relaxing experience.

5* relaxing experience. Wonderful hotel with great location and very safe with plenty parking. Excellent staff all around hotel who makes you feel like at home. Enjoyed couple of dinners in restaurant downstairs - excellent chef and dishes pure delight. Thank you all team for looking after us . Fully recommend 👌

The booking by booking.com did not reach the hotel owner.

The booking by booking.com did not reach the hotel owner. We were at the hotel but there was no sign whatsoever this is hotel. Everything was dark, no name, nothing. Locals didn't know this address is a hotel. We called the manager, it took her 15 minutes to learn I actually booked a room. The manager was not the smilie type, nor was she interested in us, she was efficient though

The city had really good bus service.

The city had really good bus service. However, getting there and back to the airport in Luxembourg (Findel) is far too difficult. This may be a result of the massive construction in and around Luxembourg's train stations. What should have been an easy trip back and forth did not happen.
