AustriaWe really liked it (July 2024). The atmosphere is very pleasant, our room had a pretty garden view and the hotel is nicely designed. The kitchen and playroom and the playing corner in the breakfast room are great for traveling with small children. Staff was friendly, the cleaning duo was especially friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, some new dishes every day, compliments to the breakfast chef.
We will come again!

Great location. First line by the sea. Cafe, bar, restaurant right on the hotel grounds. Spa included in the room rate. And very friendly staff. I asked for a room upgrade and got even more than I expected. I love the Italian restaurant. Also the breakfast is beyond praise. Nowhere is it as delicious as in Latvia. And I was also pleased that there was a saxophone playing in the bar during the day. A great place to meet. I will come back again and again.

An unforgettable experience in the middle of the forest. The cone-shaped cabin is unique, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. Waking up among the pine trees was magical, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape from everyday life. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and offered a truly one-of-a-kind stay.

we were welcomed very friendly.
there is a lot of facilities for campers as well as for guests who arrive by car .
grills, cooking station, opportunity to jump into the water in both - sea and river.

Close to the wild beach and forest.
On the territory were only 3 such houses, so there is low possibility of noise

Very nice place. The cottage was clean, super cozy and had everything you need for a night.
Amazing view. Toilet is nearby. There’s a place for barbecue, and fire wood can be purchased.

The location was amazing. The room was spacious and immaculate with a jacuzzi bath. Food was great, the view from the balcony was spectacular. It was a wonderful weekend stay and we even had live music upon arrival on Friday. Would highly recommend.

Very pretty town, so lovely to walk around and wander the parks and green spaces. Easy to walk to Sigulda castle and just a moderate walk to also get across the river valley to Turaida castle. Returning via cable car from Turaida is really nice, and you can even go the next step and bungee jump off the cable car in the evenings!

Engure is a wonderful place if you’re looking to slow down, disconnect, and focus. The seaside setting is peaceful and inspiring, perfect for working, thinking, or simply recharging. Everything is close enough to be convenient, yet it still feels quiet and untouched. Getting around is easy, and the area is ideal for walks, nature, and calm solo time.

It is a cute and charming North Vidzeme seaside town just on the very border with Estonia. A lot of pine trees, fresh air, sea, historical houses and very few people. Stroll around the town and you will see that almost each stone, house and corner have something to say about the amazing history of Ainazi being the center for the sailor education in the past. The nature there is amazing - a lot of trails to explore. It is easy to reach Ainazi by public transport from Riga and other Vidzeme's towns.
There is a fast-food place and some restaurants / cafes, and several shops.

I like the hotel because of its location, cleanliness and customer service at the reception.
I did not like the restaurant and its staff because they do not serve enough food at the breakfast even though you pay for it. If you do not go to breakfast early, you only get some leftovers. They do not bring any additional food for missing items.

Favorite spot to visit - Engure lake nature park, where you can see wild cows and horses.
Very nice beaches in the city with children playground, changing cabins. City center beach has 2 bars.
Engure city very quiet, has several cafe/restaurant to choose from, very nice bakery for breakfast or just to grab something with you.

A quiet place, close to the Estonian boarder and sea.
A quiet place, close to the Estonian boarder and sea. Out of season you can be the only persons walking along the beach. Good for walking and right on the long distance Baltic Way walking route. Plenty of green spaces to explore. There are two museums to visit the Navel museum and the Fire Brigade museum.

For us it was 'back to the childhood', many years back we often spent summer months there. It's not so crowd as used to be, but still nice. Service is wonderful, food is good, easy to get to everything, people are friendly.
