Everything was perfect and a very beautiful experience. The owner was always available and organized everything for us, even though we were delayed due to our own issue upon arrival. The food was more than enough and nice. We were extremely lucky to have Moustafa as our driver—he was excellent, extremely polite, and helped us with everything.

The night at camp was very nice we arrived early around 16:00 Mohamed was at parking point waiting for us he told us everything about Merzouga and he was a nice guy he took us to the camp in his car in morning we took the camels to see the sunrise everything was perfect the food the tents perfect experience

Amazing night in the desert; the setting is undoubtedly fantastic—it is in the middle of the Sahara. Both the bathroom and the tent were very roomy. The campfire was really pleasant and provided good entertainment. There are other additional activities that are well worth the cost, including free sandboarding in the dunes. The meal was freshly made and the dinner was excellent. Bottled water was also provided. Very tasty breakfast with lots of fresh options as well. The personnel was courteous and the experience was positive. 100 percent, I would return

We came at very late night, they made us tea, the team working there was super friendly and the owner made us tour with camels, with quads, it was very fantastic experience! We asked to order Medfuna tradicional Sahara's pizza. Swimmimg pool vas very clean and nice. We higly recomend to stay here, we had 3 nights. Hotel is beautiful 🌴 Bed was super big and comfy!

Mohamed is an absolute the best host. From the moment we arrived he made us feel very welcome and this extends to the entire team. The activities offered (jeep tour, camel riding, etc.) were great. The rooms were clean and the dinner was good. Thank you Mohamed and co. we had great time.

First and foremost we would highly recommend this property to future visitors. It met all of our expectations. Since we were delayed on the road and arrived later than initially expected we missed the camel ride. However, our host made sure we were privately taken to the dunes by 4x4 in order to see the sunset. Much faster and bumpier and possibly much more fun! The staff was friendly and handled any request quickly. The tents were clean, comfortable and spacious. Surprisingly the shower pressure/hot water was fantastic. Just as good or better than any hotel room. The drums and music under the starry sky was a wonderful way to end the evening. Check out and the transfer back to town (where we parked our rental car) also went smoothly. Our possibly only Sahara experience in this lifetime will always be memorable for all the right reasons :)

Very nice, typical hotel, personalized welcome. Outdoor parking on site. Relaxing atmosphere. Very pleasant pool with an exceptional view of the dunes. Second pool heated to 32 degrees and clean... wow it's wonderful to swim there in the evening with a starry sky. The food is delicious. Beer and wine at a reasonable price. Extraordinary, helpful and supportive staff. A detour is essential to discover this wonderful place, located at the gateway to the desert. One of the best places to explore the dunes. Asphalt road to the Riad.

Everything was top notch, enjoyed the stay fully to the maximum.. loved the team behind this beautiful riad. I can't express my satisfaction enough, loved the staff, they treat you like family which makes it magical at any moment. I was also amazed how clean it was, how good the breakfast was. Basically, this is one of the best and most beautiful places i've stayed in. When i come back.. i'll come back to this memorable riad with a stunning view.

A place that has remained in my heart and I can't wait to go back again. The setting makes you feel like you're in a fairy tale, and the staff makes you relax as much as possible to experience the moments. Ibrahim and Rahmun are incredible. Helpful and always help and take care of you like family.

Riad Madu is a fantastic place to relax after a hot day spent in the Sahara. The facilities are great, the swimming pool with the view of the sand dunes is amazing. Staff was polite and provided a good service. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Before coming to Morocco, we were excited about visiting the imperial cities, the mountains, and the coast, but our overnight stay at Elite Sahara Desert Camp ended up being the highlight of the entire vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly team, who greeted us with traditional Moroccan tea and genuine smiles. Our luxury tent was spotless, beautifully furnished, and much more comfortable than we expected. Dinner was freshly prepared and full of delicious local flavors. Afterward, we climbed one of the nearby dunes to watch the stars, and the silence of the Sahara made the experience unforgettable. We left with memories that will stay with us forever.

A great close to the airport stay- clean, modern, friendly, with everything we could want . Our room was a nice size and the bed comfy. Sitting around the nice pool having a beer and a glass of wine was fantastic.

Erfoud is famous for dates and location to the desert, other than that there is very little to do there at all. You will have to travel to Merzouga for camel rides, desert buggy, fwd tours and atv tours which is about 45 kms away.

Take the time to explore this and the surrounding oases by car, local transport, or better still, on foot, and you will be rewarded. There is a local nearby (south 10km) at Aoufous on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Women wear distinctive black cloaks with bright embroidery. The local associations will sell you dates, date syrup (a winner!), herbal teas, and even 'coffee' made of date pits (not my thing).

Nothing to see expect living in sand.

Nothing to see expect living in sand. Most camps are scamming people. They will reachout to you on WhatsApp and will ask you more money for everything. They will even ask you to cancel booking.com booking. So be very careful. Best option would be for someone to just visit get active booked separately and stay in a hotel. Most luxury camps are not even having AC. You will have sleepless nights if you are staying overnight specifically during summer and you will curse your self for making this mistake.

It was the perfect place for us to meet and get some rest the night before heading to Merzouga! Hassan is a lovely person and was super helpful in getting to and from his home. His home is extremely clean and spacious. Hassan was a great host! I would highly recommend his home.

The team at Auberge Les Roches Merzouga organized an incredible desert adventure for us. From the camel ride at sunset to the overnight stay in a luxury desert camp, everything was perfectly arranged. The staff explained every detail and ensured we felt comfortable throughout the experience. Returning to the auberge after our desert excursion was equally enjoyable thanks to the comfortable rooms and delicious meals. We would not hesitate to book again.
